But what she didn't expect was that as soon as the ribs were stewed in the pot for a while, the fire on the stove was gone. The old man was in a hurry, and he complained that Grandma Li might have forgotten to pay the gas bill again, and the two of them quarreled as they spoke. After Grandma Li couldn't find anything wrong for a long time, she angrily dialed the gas maintenance service number.
After receiving the call, the operator of the maintenance shift of the gas operation and maintenance repair center of Dagang Oilfield Natural Gas Company told the old man: Don't worry, send someone to solve it immediately.
After patiently inquiring about the relevant situation, the operator preliminarily judged that it was not in arrears, but probably due to insufficient battery power, which made it difficult to open the opening and closing valve in the gas meter. Considering that the old man could not find the part of the gas meter to replace the battery, he immediately arranged for someone to go to the old man's home to replace the new battery.
The maintenance worker said that he did not know how many times he encountered such situations as replacing batteries, gas meters, and hoses for residents, repairing indoor leaks, and closing the shut-off valve for residents to not open. Especially since the beginning of winter this year, the continuous low temperature has led to a gradual increase in indoor and outdoor gas use failures.
It is understood that in order to ensure the safe use of gas by the majority of residents, the gas operation and maintenance repair center of Dagang Oilfield Natural Gas Company has set up a work leading group on the basis of combining the experience of last year's winter supply, focusing on the characteristics of winter production and operation, studying and judging in advance, scientifically preparing the supply guarantee plan, firmly grasping the key elements such as strengthening risk management and prevention and control, consolidating the safety foundation of winter supply, and making every effort to ensure the smooth operation of gas equipment and facilities under extremely cold weather conditions in winter. In addition, according to the characteristics of the 63 residential communities under its jurisdiction, the special system for gas facility inspection services and the service hotline processing system have been reorganized and improved, so that the 24-hour service hotline is unimpeded;
According to statistics, since the beginning of this year, the gas operation and maintenance repair center has answered more than 9,800 residential gas fault repair hotlines and more than 2,800 emergency responses, including more than 2,540 home repairs and 273 outdoor repairs, an increase of 30% over last year.
