In order to firmly establish the concept of safe development and implement the work of safe production in the field of traffic and transportation law enforcement, the Linyi Traffic and Transportation Law Enforcement Detachment made careful arrangements and took immediate action to help the safety production work in the field of transportation in winter.
The first is to strengthen enterprise safety supervision. According to the seasonal characteristics of dry weather in winter, ice, snow and frost, combined with the city's traffic and transportation law enforcement field outstanding problems concentrated rectification actions, urge enterprises to conscientiously do a good job in winter safety precautions, use the "Internet + supervision" and "double random, one open" supervision platform, around the "two passengers, one danger and one large" key supervision enterprises, with the road transport service center on-site inspection, on-site supervision, focusing on the implementation of the enterprise safety production system, winter safety training and vehicle safety technical status, safety emergency, Fire-fighting facilities and equipment are equipped with equipment, resolutely rectify outstanding problems that may lead to accidents, and help the source supervision of safety production in the field of transportation in winter.
The second is to improve the ability to deal with ice and snow. In view of the frequent occurrence of bad weather such as rain, snow and ice in winter, strengthen the safety inspection of bridges, tunnels and culverts, focus on checking whether there is damage, ice, snow and other phenomena, and transfer the problems to the expressway management unit in time, so that the problems can be discovered and rectified as soon as possible, and no potential safety hazards will be left. Strengthen the "One Road, Three Parties" joint logistics linkage mechanism, improve the ability to deal with ice and snow severe weather, carry out anti-ice and snow removal emergency drills, ensure that snow removal and anti-skid materials are fully stocked, machinery, equipment, and personnel are in place, and emergency situations are responded to in a timely and efficient manner.
The third is to do a good job in ensuring water transportation. Strengthen the prevention of safety risks such as wind and waves and ice in winter, strictly implement various safety production systems, pay attention to weather warning information in real time, check whether the water signs are complete, and prevent the risk of ships colliding with bridges. Strengthen water law enforcement, escort water buses, strengthen the sharing of weather warning information, promptly stop water transportation in bad weather, increase water inspections and law enforcement, and promptly dissuade ships and personnel from illegally entering prohibited areas, so as to provide traffic law enforcement guarantees for escorting water buses.
Since the beginning of winter, the law enforcement detachment has participated in 6 anti-ice and snow emergency drills, more than 20 enterprise inspections, 6 safety inspections of bridges, tunnels and culverts, and more than 30 problems have been rectified.
