In "Angry Sea", Nana paints not sunflowers on the cabinet, but the despair of Chinese fatherly love

author:Yi Fan said history

Nana grew up in an unfortunate divorced family, and she longed for recognition and care from her father. It's a pity that this man who should have given her shelter and hope has always been indifferently hidden behind his busy business.

Nana remembers that she first lived with her father, Lao Jin, when she was only 8 years old. She thought she could finally live a life with her father. But she soon discovered that Lao Jin was so engrossed in his more than 30 fishing boats that he cared little about her little daughter.

She desperately tried to get her father's attention, but Lao Jin seemed to turn a blind eye.

When Lao Jin rarely went home, he just drank and laughed with a group of friends. Nana was looking forward to joining, but was often sent to his ex-wife's house by Lao Jin's impatient glances.

And the ex-wife obviously doesn't have time to take care of a little girl all day. Over time, Nana came to realize that she was like a superfluous ornament in their eyes.

Nana was afraid of the dark, so she could only hide in the closet where the sun couldn't shine and draw sunflowers. She told herself that Lao Jin would come back to her, that he would care about her, and that she would no longer be afraid.

But no matter how many sunflowers he painted, Lao Jin had no intention of leaving home. At last, Nana couldn't hold back her grief any longer, and she curled up in the cabinet and sobbed quietly, tears welling up in her eyes.

This is the first shadow of life in Nana's memory, and her heart is deeply eroded by her father's cold attitude. Perhaps since then, most of her beautiful innocence has passed away.

She can no longer find her own sunshine.

In order to fulfill her dream of studying abroad, Nana worked hard at a restaurant in Tokyo. Just when her savings in tuition had bottomed out, a seemingly gentle and polite boy Li Miaomiao appeared.

The two quickly got acquainted, Li Miaomiao gave her a small snack, cared about her work, and invited her to her home as a guest. This long-lost warmth quickly touched Nana's empty heart.

She even had the idea of empathy, feeling that Li Miaomiao was like the brother she had always longed for.

However, Nana didn't expect that behind Li Miaomiao's kindness was a twisted and indifferent soul. He takes advantage of Nana's anticipation and slowly spreads the shadow of fear on her.

At first, it was just a small humiliation of Nana, looking at her cramped and uneasy appearance. Later, his actions became more and more daring, until he seriously hurt Nana's self-esteem.

Nana was pained to find that Li Miaomiao did not have the gentle care that her brother should have. But she still tried to tolerate it, for fear of being abandoned by this person who seemed to be the only one she relied on.

She didn't know that Li Miaomiao had already treated her as a plaything to please herself. When his evil deeds are exposed, Nana can no longer bear the hurt from the two "family members".

She chose to use her life to end this hopeless life.

Li Miaomiao was just the last straw that crushed Nana. The main reason is still the lack of father's love in the growth environment, which has already made her heart full of holes. A chance encounter with her boyfriend accelerates her fall into the abyss from which she will never recover.

It was a hazy rainy day. When Lao Jin received a call from the police and learned that his daughter had committed suicide, he was standing on the deck looking into the distance. The police told him to rush to Tokyo to deal with the aftermath, but he could only sigh helplessly: "I still have more than 30 boats at sea."

Lao Jin hurried to Japan, and the first thing he saw was Nana's cold and twisted corpse. The glare of blood spilled all over the ground, reminding him of the sins of being a father. Only then did Lao Jin realize that he had missed too much.

He failed to accompany his daughter to grow up, give her love and shelter. He only blindly pursues career success, but ignores what his daughter really needs in her heart.

Lao Jin recalled that when Nana was a child, she always hid in the closet alone and painted sunflowers. She looks forward to light in the darkness and waits for companionship in loneliness. Old Jin's heart was like a knife, and he knew that it was too late.

Facing his daughter's cold body, Lao Jin cried bitterly. He remembered that he had said to his daughter more than once: "It is not easy for me to go out to sea to fish, and to make money." It's all for the only daughter like you!" But how can words and money make up for the love that my daughter should have received when she grew up.

After everything was reduced to nothingness, Lao Jin sat down on the ground. He looked around blankly, and his gaze fell on the open cabinet. The cabinet door is covered with Nana's clumsy graffiti, all sunflowers.

They bloom silently, revealing the despair of a young being's annihilation. Perhaps this is the indelible pain of Lao Jin's life.
