On the evening of December 15th, sponsored by the Futian Street Party Working Committee and Futian Street Office, the Futian Street Federation of Trade Unions, together with the Futian Street People's Livelihood Service Department (Cultural Station) and the Futian Street Branch of the Futian District Cultural Center, the final of the Fifth Staff Singing Contest of the Futian Street Federation of Trade Unions was sung in Shui Wai Cultural Square, Long Jidong, Deputy Director of the Futian Street Office, Yu Qiaoqiong, Chairman of the Federation of Trade Unions, Director of Shui Wai Industrial Co., Ltd., Zhuang Guoping, secretary of the party branch, and about 150 member representatives from 26 trade unions in the district attended the event.
This activity was carried out in an orderly manner under the principles of fairness, justice and openness. The 12 contestants who entered the finals were singing enthusiasts from various grassroots trade unions in the jurisdiction of Futian Street, and they stood out in the fierce competition in the audition. The singing works of these contestants include highly professional bel canto songs, fresh and melodious folk songs, and lively and fashionable pop songs. The contestants sang about life, dreams, and the future with passionate singing and good performances, bringing an extraordinary audio-visual feast to the audience.
In order to make the competition fair and just, the organizing committee specially invited five vocal experts from musicians' associations, colleges and universities and other units to form a jury to score on the spot and make post-competition comments and interactions. The competition scene was wonderful, and the atmosphere reached the highest point when the judges sang the songs, which became popular in the audience. After two rounds of competition, Liu Chunhua, who was finally elected by the Gangxia Community Trade Union, won the first prize, Liu Xunjia of the Fishery and Agriculture Community Trade Union won the second prize, and Zhang Xiao of the Fushan Community Trade Union won the third prize.
It is reported that in recent years, the Futian Street Federation of Trade Unions has focused on building a Chinese-style modern trade union organization system with the "four forces" as the core, and the staff singing competition has been held for five sessions so far, which is deeply loved by the singing lovers of enterprises in the jurisdiction. Since the five competitions, the publicity has covered 10,000 employees, and more than 300 employees have actively participated, and the contestants come from all walks of life, singing the new era with singing, singing the beauty of labor, vividly showing the spirit of the new era of employees making contributions and working hard, and effectively enhancing the cohesion and centripetal force of the trade union.
