In 2017, Huang Lixia experienced the most difficult challenges of her career. Due to the spin-off of the U.S. parent company, Suzhou Delphi is facing a spin-off, as the general manager, Huang Lixia has to deal with a series of tasks such as personnel transfer, new factory site selection, and new business acquisition.

At that time, the foundation stone of the company's new plant had just been laid for three months. In 2022, the company's output value will increase by 40%, exceeding 4.5 billion yuan, and the total import and export volume will be 499.74 million US dollars. In 2023, the company expects sales to exceed 5 billion yuan.
