Artist exhibitions, art salons, brand fashion shows, new product launches, theme concerts...... This afternoon (December 18), the "Fuyuan Bay× T· The HOUSE "Art Space "Bloom 2024" event was held in Fuyuan Bay Jiuhua Commercial Plaza.
With the renewal and iteration of urban development, community commerce has presented a richer and more diversified business format. Different from other community commercial projects, "Fuyuan Bay Jiuhua" is an open comprehensive commercial body with commercial formats, natural landscapes and multicultural linkage.
After two years of precipitation and transformation, "Fuyuan Bay×T· House" art space was officially unveiled to meet the public. Empowered by design and art, the space "blooms" oriental culture, reawakens the power of creativity, expands new physical and mental experiences for citizens, and enhances the construction of urban cultural soft power.
At the event, the "Fuyuanwan Art Studio" of Guan Houren, a doctor of sculpture morphology from the China Academy of Art and a famous Buddha statue artist, was officially unveiled. At the same time, Guan Houren has also become the artistic consultant of Fuyuan Bay, and will further cross-border cooperation with Jiuhua Group to jointly explore and build a new cultural and commercial scene, presenting, narrating and conveying a warmer urban spirit and humanistic care.
The event also unveiled an enamel artwork that created a prototype taken from the exterior of the Fuyuan Bay building. The work has been artistically refined, with the cloisonné process and enamel color of enamel, showing the style of Fuyuan Bay with the important artistic inheritance of China's intangible cultural heritage, so that the guests present can feel the beauty of art at close range.
At present, "Fuyuan Bay×T· House" art space has welcomed the first tenant of EPOCHOME. In terms of content presentation in the follow-up, "Fuyuan Bay× T· "House" is actively preparing for various forms of activities such as the National Style Exhibition, the Exhibition of Famous Artists, and the Brand Exhibition, and will meet you in 2024.
It is understood that the renovation and upgrading plan of Fuyuan Bay Jiuhua will be launched in 2022, and the public space will be renovated in three years, the peripheral space along Songhong Road will be optimized and upgraded, and a more comfortable cultural environment will be created by increasing the external area and expanding the commercial main entrance space. At the same time, the corridors of Buildings 1 and 2 in the commercial plaza, the atrium of Building 2 and other areas will also be upgraded, presenting new lighting and art installations, and becoming an outdoor interactive area that can host pop-up stores and brand activities.
It is worth mentioning that as an important part of the renovation and upgrading of Fuyuan Bay Jiuhua, the 10,000 persimmon lamps in the commercial plaza meaning "all the best" will be lit on the "New Year's Day", adding a colorful light night scene to Changning.
"Fuyuan Bay×T· The "blooming" of the "House" art space is just the beginning. In the future, Jiuhua Group will also strengthen cooperation with the District Greening and City Appearance Bureau to jointly explore and expand the cultural functions of Zhongxinjing Park, integrate space aesthetics, life aesthetics and life aesthetics, so that the "Fuyuan Bay Cultural Community" can be symbiotic and shared, vivid and elegant, and make due contributions to the construction of "Four Forces and Four Cities" in Changning.
