Chen Hanfeng, also known as Chen Xi, is a native of Dongshan, Fujian, born in 1965. Shuzhai Yunsongge is a researcher at the China Ink Art Research Institute and a member of the Kuomintang Revolutionary Party. He is a director of the Central Academy of Painting of the Revolutionary Committee of the Chinese Kuomintang and a full-time painter. Vice President of the Beijing Poetry Union Calligraphy and Painting Institute, Director of the Art Committee, Vice President of the Fujian Zhangzhou Mintai Painting Academy, studied at the Fan Yang Studio of the National Academy of Painting of China from 2010 to 2012, and studied in the Advanced Study Class of the China Book Court in 2015.
In the 1980s, he studied at the Lu Xun Academy of Fine Arts, where he studied landscape painting under Professor Sun Entong. He has held solo and group exhibitions many times at home and abroad throughout the country, and published personal albums.
