Born in Malaya (now Malaysia) in 1936, Li Weilun was an associate professor at Beijing Language and Culture University, a lecturer of Esperanto electives, the president of the Beijing Esperanto Association, the executive director of the All-China Esperanto Association, a member of the International Esperanto Association and an honorary member of the International Esperanto Teachers Association. He has been committed to the promotion, promotion and teaching of Esperanto for more than 40 years, and is an enthusiastic language communicator and education expert, and has written books suitable for foreign language lovers of all levels, such as "Esperanto Reader", "Modern Esperanto", "Modern Children's Esperanto", "Esperanto Online Textbook", "Spanish Crash" and other books suitable for foreign language lovers of all levels to learn and Xi reading. He has been rated as an outstanding teacher in Beijing, and has been rated as an excellent teacher and advanced class teacher at the school level for many times. Since March 1980, Mr. Li Weilun has offered Esperanto elective courses at Beijing Language and Culture University, and has trained more than 10,000 students in the past 40 years.
