After investigation, this person is a Henan national, male, 55 years old this year, and is currently doing odd jobs in Luxiang Town. Due to the recent cold wave, the temperature is low, and the staff recommends that they go to the district rescue management station or the cold shelter provided by the village committee. But he clearly refused, and after the negotiation failed, the staff sent him a quilt, instant noodles, bread and other food.
However, the weather was cold, and the staff could not let go of the migrant worker living under the bridge, so in the early morning of December 16, the staff contacted the district rescue management station, hoping to get support and assistance.
After receiving the news, the district rescue management station quickly activated the emergency response mechanism for the recipient, set up a rescue team, and drove to the place where the migrant worker worked to further persuade him.

After learning the truth, the rescue team considered that his life was indeed difficult, and it would be counterproductive to send him to the aid station. As a result, the rescue team called on the labor dispatch company to take charge of renting a house nearby, and the factory would continue to retain its workers. For this happy result, the migrant worker was very moved and thanked him repeatedly.
