1. Scope and conditions of recruitment

1. Have the nationality of the People's Republic of China and abide by the Constitution and laws.

2. Have good conduct and professional ethics.

3. Passionate about education, with the physical conditions and other conditions required for the post.

4. Under the age of 40 (born after December 26, 1982).

5. Applicants must obtain the academic qualifications, degrees and other conditions required for each position before the start date of registration.

6. Applicants who have returned from overseas study must be recognized by the Ministry of Education as having equivalent academic qualifications and degrees.

7. If the applicant is an incumbent employee, the certificate of consent of the department or unit with employment management authority shall be provided. Graduates of orientation and commission training must obtain the consent of the orientation and commission training unit to apply for employment. For those who have difficulties in issuing a certificate of consent to apply on time, they can be provided during the inspection or physical examination with the consent of the recruiting unit.

8. Full-time graduates of senior technical schools (technician colleges) who have obtained the vocational qualifications (vocational skill level) of senior workers and preparatory technicians (including technicians) at the time of graduation can apply for qualified positions according to their college and undergraduate degrees.

9. The following persons must not apply for employment: current non-recent graduates, active military personnel, persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes, persons who have been expelled from the Party, persons who have been dismissed from public office, persons who have received Party discipline and government sanctions for the period of punishment or influence that have not yet expired, persons who have been lawfully listed as targets of joint disciplinary action for untrustworthiness, and persons in other circumstances that laws and regulations provide must not be employed. Non-recent graduates of full-time colleges and universities, full-time senior technical schools or technician colleges cannot use the academic qualifications they have obtained as a condition to apply. 3. Relevant treatment

4. Recruitment procedures and methods

(1) Registration and qualification review

Registration will be conducted by e-mail at a unified time, and online qualification review will be conducted.

5. If the incumbent applies for the job, he or she should also submit the "Letter of Consent to the Examination of the Unit" issued by the department or unit with the authority of the person (see Annex 3).

All the above application materials must be authentic. If the application materials submitted for registration are inaccurate, incomplete or do not meet the requirements, which affects the registration, the applicant shall bear the corresponding consequences. If the information in the applicant's registration materials is false, once verified, the qualification for the examination will be cancelled. Those who forge or alter relevant certificates, materials, and information to obtain examination qualifications by fraud will be dealt with in accordance with the relevant regulations on violations of discipline and rules in the recruitment of public institutions.

The qualification review of candidates runs through the whole process of recruitment. For those who do not meet the application requirements, once found and verified, their qualifications will be cancelled. The performance of the candidates during the application period will be one of the important contents of the open recruitment inspection.

(2) Examinations

The examination is conducted in the form of professional skills examination and trial lecture. The specific methods, time and place of the admission ticket and examination will be notified separately on the website of Lunan Technician College (http://www.lnjsxy.cn).

1. Professional Skills Examination. It mainly examines the professional skills and quality of the candidates, and uses the 100-point system to calculate the results of the candidates, and the passing score of the professional skills test is 60 points.

2. Lecture on the trial. The trial lecture mainly examines the comprehensive quality and actual teaching ability necessary for the candidates to engage in the teaching work of related majors, etc., the trial lecture time is 15 minutes, and the trial lecture score is calculated by a 100-point system, and the qualified score line of the trial lecture score is 60 points.

3. Overall score. The total score of the examination of candidates shall be calculated according to the proportion of 60% of the professional skills test score and 40% of the trial lecture score. The results of the professional skills test, the trial lecture score and the total score of the test are calculated to two decimal places, and the mantissa is rounded. According to the ranking of the total score of the examination, according to the recruitment position plan, the candidates for the examination and physical examination will be determined in equal amounts according to the ratio of 1:1. If the total score of the applicant in the same recruitment position is the same, the candidates for the examination and physical examination shall be determined in order according to the results of the professional skills examination from the highest score to the lowest score; The score of the professional skills test and trial lecture to be determined as the candidate for the inspection and physical examination shall not be less than 60 points. The results of the professional skills examination, the results of the trial lecture and the total score of the examination shall be announced to the public on the website of Lunan Technician College in accordance with the prescribed procedures.

(3) Inspections and physical examinations

After the candidates for the inspection and physical examination are determined, the inspection and physical examination shall be carried out in accordance with the relevant regulations.

1. Investigation. Lunan Technician College formed an inspection team to inspect the candidates for physical examination, and according to the requirements of the recruitment position, take a variety of forms to fully understand the political ideology, moral character, ability and quality, academic Xi and work performance, law-abiding, integrity and self-discipline, and whether it is necessary to avoid the situation, and strictly review the personal files of the subject in accordance with the relevant regulations (where there is file alteration, relevant information suspected of falsification, If my important academic Xi experience is inconsistent with the record in the file, I will not be used as a candidate for recruitment), and if the problems in the file are not clarified or not dealt with in place, the employment procedures will not be handled. Review whether the subject meets the specified qualifications for the position, as well as whether the application information and related materials provided are true and accurate, and form a written inspection opinion.

2. Physical examination. The physical examination is organized by Lunan Technician College in a general hospital at or above the county level, and the physical examination standards and items refer to the notice on revising the general standards for physical examination for civil servants (trial) and the manual for physical examination for civil servants (trial) (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2016] No. 140), and the state has other provisions from its provisions, and the cost of physical examination shall be borne by the applicants. Applicants who fail to participate in the physical examination at the specified time and place shall be deemed to have given up automatically. For those who need to be re-examined according to the regulations, it will not be carried out in the original physical examination hospital, and the re-examination can only be carried out once, and the result shall be subject to the conclusion of the re-examination. If the applicant intentionally conceals the illness or medical history that affects the employment during the physical examination, or colludes with the physical examination staff to cheat or asks others to replace the physical examination, or exchanges or replaces laboratory samples, etc., the applicant shall not be hired.

The time and place of the physical examination will be notified separately on the website of Lunan Technician College.

Vacancies caused by abandonment of inspection, physical examination or failure to pass inspection or physical examination shall be filled in equal amounts according to the ranking of the total score of the examination for the same post, and the same post shall not be filled more than once.

(4) Publicity and employment

According to the results of examinations, inspections and physical examinations, the college determines the personnel to be hired according to the relevant procedures, and if there is no objection to the publicity within 7 working days, the college shall put forward employment opinions, and fill in the "Registration Form for Personnel Employed by Public Institutions" and "Summary Table of Personnel Employed by Public Institutions", and report to the competent authority for public recruitment of public institutions in the city for the record.

If the employment conditions are met, the competent authority for public recruitment of public institutions shall issue the "Notice of Filing of Recruitment Personnel of Public Institutions". After the record of the hired personnel, the legal representative of the college signs the employment contract with the hired personnel, establishes the personnel relationship, and goes through the relevant procedures with the "Notice of Filing of Recruitment Personnel of Public Institutions". The minimum length of service is five years. The probationary period is implemented for the hired personnel, and the probationary period is included in the term of the employment contract. Those who pass the examination at the end of the probationary period shall be formally employed; those who fail to meet the requirements shall be terminated from the employment contract.

5. Other matters

1. Applicants who violate the discipline of public recruitment examinations shall be dealt with in accordance with the "Provisions on the Handling of Violations of Discipline and Regulations in Public Recruitment by Public Institutions" (Order No. 35 of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security), and the applicants who have dishonesty in the recruitment work shall be included in the archives of public recruitment violations of discipline and integrity in public recruitment. Personnel who violate the discipline of open recruitment shall be dealt with in accordance with the "Interim Provisions on the Punishment of Personnel of Public Institutions" (Order No. 18 of the Ministry of Supervision of the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security) and other relevant provisions;

2. This recruitment does not specify the exam tutoring book, and does not authorize or entrust any institution to hold exam tutoring training courses. In accordance with the relevant regulations on open recruitment by public institutions, experts engaged in propositions, marking papers, interviews, etc., are not allowed to participate in any form of examination counseling.
