A few days ago, the list of small and micro enterprise entrepreneurship and innovation demonstration bases in Anhui Province in 2023 was announced, and the Xiao County Advanced Manufacturing Entrepreneurship and Innovation Base operated by Anhui Langteng Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. in our county was awarded the 2023 Anhui Province Small and Micro Enterprise Entrepreneurship and Innovation Demonstration Base.
Municipal Economic and Information Bureaus, Human Resources and Social Security Bureaus, and Youth League Committees:
According to the requirements of the "Notice on Printing and Distributing the Administrative Measures for the Construction of Small and Micro Enterprise Entrepreneurship and Innovation Demonstration Bases in Anhui Province" (Anhui Jingxin Qi Hehan [2020] No. 554) and the "Notice on Organizing the Application for the 2023 Anhui Small and Micro Enterprise Entrepreneurship and Innovation Demonstration Base", after voluntary declaration, city and county recommendation, expert review, research by the department meeting, and deliberation by the party group meeting of the department, Publicity and other procedures, the 2023 Anhui Province Small and Micro Enterprise Entrepreneurship and Innovation Demonstration Base (hereinafter referred to as the demonstration base) has been determined, and the list is now announced
The relevant matters are notified as follows:
1. Agree to identify 101 small and micro enterprise entrepreneurship and innovation bases, including the Advanced Technology Entrepreneurship Service Center of China University of Science and Technology, as the entrepreneurship and innovation demonstration base for small and micro enterprises in Anhui Province (see the attachment for the specific list).
2. The demonstration base is valid for three years, from January 1, 2024 to December 31, 2026.
3. Each demonstration base should continuously improve the infrastructure, innovate the service model, gather social resources, smooth information channels, improve service functions, improve service capabilities, and constantly meet the entrepreneurial and innovative needs of small and micro enterprises.
Fourth, the departments of economy and information, human resources and social security, and youth league committees at all levels should strengthen the guidance and support of the demonstration base, and encourage more social entities to devote themselves to entrepreneurship and innovation. Guide the operating units of the demonstration base to implement the new development concept, improve the construction level and incubation capacity of the demonstration base, and promote the healthy development of small and micro enterprises in the province.
Fifth, the municipal bureau of economic and information technology should regularly investigate and summarize the service content, quality and satisfaction of the demonstration base within its jurisdiction, and the demonstration base operating unit will be the previous year's work summary and this year's work plan to the county (city, district) before the end of January each year to submit to the competent department of small and medium-sized enterprises, and the municipal economic and information bureau will report to the provincial economic and information technology department before the end of February each year.
