Under the empowerment of 5G, through the "smart breeding" platform, real-time data collection can be carried out on important links such as feeding records, disease prevention and control, water quality and environmental monitoring, and egg laying batches of each batch of sea ducks, so as to realize the traceability and intelligent management of the whole process of sea duck breeding and egg production. Through the smart breeding traceability platform, the original manual paper records in the farm are upgraded to fully automatic and digital, which avoids the omissions and errors of personnel records and greatly reduces the workload of front-line breeding personnel. Through image recognition technology, the light inspection process is changed, the production is paperless, transparent and intelligent, and the product qualification rate is improved. By pasting the two-dimensional code of each equipment, the system formulates a maintenance and spot inspection plan, and the applet realizes the management of the entire life cycle from repair, maintenance and scrapping, and realizes the real-time rated cost and actual cost in combination with the production MES system, which greatly reduces the financial statistics and calculation work.
The new model of "5G + sea duck breeding" realizes a large screen to display the whole base, a mobile phone to manage the whole breeding area, and a screen to schedule the whole production line, which improves decision-making and production efficiency, ensures product quality, and enhances consumer experience.
In this process of digital and intelligent management, the mortality rate of duck seedlings has been reduced by 10%, reaching the industry-leading level of 0.48%.
