After the incident was exposed, the NBA imposed a 38-game ban on Clittenton, which was the end of his career. After being waived by the Wizards, he never returned to the league. His life has since gone dark. In 2011, he was sentenced to 23 years in prison for shooting and killing an innocent woman. He was released in April 2023, but his future has been ruined.
4th place : Gilbert Arenas 50 games
Gilbert Arenas is a well-known player in the NBA, who was once the core of the Wizards and an All-Star point guard. His career was also affected because of his gun incident with Clittenton. He gave Clittenton a couple of guns in the locker room and asked him to choose one, only to have both guns picked up and confronted each other for a while.

He was traded by the Wizards to the Magic, then to the Grizzlies, and finally retired in 2013.
