In the women's 1500m 1/4 finals, Chinese players Gong Li and Wang Ye ranked the top two in Group 1 with a time of 2:49.894 and 2:49.988 respectively, and Zang Yize ranked first in Group 6 with a time of 2:57.297, and all three entered the semifinals.

In the men's 1500m (1) 1/4 finals, China's Sun Long won the first place in Group 2 with a time of 2:26.206, Li Wenlong and Song Jiahua played in Group 4, and the two ranked in the top 2 groups with a time of 2:34.477 and 2:34.638 respectively, and all three entered the semifinals.

In Group 1 of the mixed relay 1/4 finals, the Chinese team sent Fan Kexin, Wang Xinran, Li Wenlong, and Sun Long to play. Although the Chinese team led the way all the way, Wang Xinran was judged to have committed a foul when Wang Xinran went to the road with Fan Kexin half a lap in advance during the second handover, and missed the next semi-finals.
