At the site of the Waiqingsong Highway Function Improvement and Renovation Project, Cao Weidong and his entourage had a detailed understanding of the progress of the project, and the staff introduced to you that the scope of the renovation project is the Chengdong East Road - Xinke Road section, with a total length of about 4 kilometers. At the same time, efforts will be made to create a vibrant neighborhood along the highway to boost the development of the Qingpu New Town Central Business District. At the project site of Qingpu New Town Station of the Demonstration Zone Line, Cao Weidong and his entourage walked and watched to learn more about the overall image progress of the Shanghai Demonstration Zone Line Project and the overview of Qingpu New Town Station. According to reports, Qingpu New Town Station is the first bid section of the Shanghai section of the Shanghai-Sujia Intercity Railway. As a landmark project for the interconnection of the Yangtze River Delta Ecological Green Integrated Development Demonstration Zone, the border area of two provinces and one city will be transformed from a weak area to a hub node, so that it can be reached within 30 minutes between adjacent groups in the demonstration area and 45 minutes to the Hongqiao hub, further enhancing the vitality of the one-hour living circle of Shanghai, Suzhou and Jiaxing, realizing the "same city" of transportation and travel, and providing strong support for promoting the development of regional integration. The committee members said that in recent years, Qingpu has taken the lead in the Yangtze River Delta ecological green integrated development demonstration zone, and under the new background and new requirements of integration, it has continuously accelerated the construction of transportation and infrastructure projects, adding bricks and tiles to the ecological and green integrated development of the Yangtze River Delta.
During the inspection activities, the committee members were divided into five groups and also visited the first phase of the Blue Bead Chain, Cen Bu Village, and the exhibition hall of the Xicen Science and Technology Innovation Center in the Yangtze River Delta; the Qingpu Branch of the Yangtze River Delta Integration Demonstration Zone of the Obstetrics and Gynecology Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University, Siyuan Middle School, and Shanghai Zhixin Electric Amorphous Co., Ltd.; Hewang Zhigu Park, Shentong New Headquarters, and Chonggu Town Community Cultural Activity Center; Huayue Happy Community, Shanghai Culture, Film and Television Science and Technology Industry Cluster, and Beidaju Urban Sports Center. He had a comprehensive understanding of Qingpu's major projects, economic and industrial development, and people's livelihood projects.
