I'm Li Chongxiao, an ordinary boy from the countryside. Today I want to talk to you about my story – it's about dreams, struggles, and a love that transcends borders. I know it sounds a bit like a plot made up in a TV series, but this is my life, step by step.
Growing up in the countryside, I always had an unrealistic dream in my heart - to become an actor. How many times have I imitated the shining stars on TV in the fields, although only the scarecrow was the audience. When I was 17 years old, I ran to Beijing with a simple bag on my back, full of enthusiasm and an unstable heart. Ah, life in Beipiao can be described as "difficult" - crowded in a dilapidated rental house, eaten countless instant noodles, participated in countless auditions... In the dead of night, homesickness and frustration of failure flood in.
However, persistence always pays off. Over the past few years, I started as an extra, and slowly began to have some small roles to play. That's right, in this huge and crowded city, I found a small but tangible presence on my own stage.
Speaking of love – it was a wonderful accident among the unexpected. Inna is a foreign girl studying Chinese and culture in China. We first met at a party organized by a friend. I was anxious about an upcoming audition, and she easily made everyone laugh in fluent Chinese. You know what? She laughed, her eyes crooked as beautiful as crescent moons.
A spark sparked between us – not only because of the novelty of being exotic to each other, but also because we were both passionate about life and eager to explore. She liked my dedication and pursuit of dreams, and I was attracted by her openness to the possibilities of the world.
Time passed like flowing water, and after experiencing countless audition failures and successes, with Inna's incomparable support and companionship, I gradually gained a firm foothold and became a little famous in the entertainment industry.
Looking back on the dilemmas and choices that life has brought me in the past, the delicate balance between family responsibility and personal pursuits, all of which have made me deeply realize that growing up is about constantly facing challenges and surpassing myself.
Perhaps the most important takeaway is that no matter what the environment and conditions are in, maintaining a positive attitude and bravely pursuing happiness is the most fundamental attitude towards life.
Now looking at Inna with a smile as warm as the first sun and the clips that belong to me through the camera, I know that all my efforts are worth it.
