Croatia beat Armenia in the final round to secure their last place in the European Championship finals. So far, 21 teams have been confirmed for the 24 places in the European Championship finals next summer.

The final three qualifiers will be decided next year in the national team window in March, with 12 teams competing for the final three spots through the play-offs. The 12 teams that entered the play-offs were Georgia, Greece, Ukraine, Wales, Poland, Estonia, Finland, Kazakhstan, Israel, Luxembourg, Iceland and Bosnia and Herzegovina.
