Recently, the expedited trial team of the Doba Court of Huangzhong Court successfully mediated a lease contract dispute case by means of circuit trial, and the defendant paid all the case money to the plaintiff in court, and the case was satisfactorily resolved.
Case review
In December 2020, the plaintiff and the defendant signed the "Lease Contract", stipulating that the defendant would lease three of the plaintiff's shops in the Commodity City, and after the plaintiff provided the defendant with leased shops as agreed, the defendant failed to pay the rent and management fees in 2022 as agreed in the contract, and the plaintiff failed to claim the lease upon the expiration of the lease term, so the lawsuit was brought to the court, requesting the court to order the defendant to pay more than 31,000 yuan in rent and management fees.
Case acceptance
After the case was accepted, the presiding judge actively organized the parties to conduct pre-trial mediation, but the two parties did not reach an agreement. In order to facilitate the parties to participate in the litigation and further resolve the conflicts and disputes, the presiding judge went to the plaintiff Commercial Operation Co., Ltd. to conduct a circuit trial. During the trial, the presiding judge carefully sorted out the facts of the case and fully listened to the opinions of all parties, found out the crux of the problem, explained the law and reasoned from the perspective of benefiting both parties, and finally the original defendant reached an agreement, and the defendant paid the plaintiff all the lease fees of 20,000 yuan on the spot, so far, the case has been successfully resolved.
