Warehouse Manager 2023 Summary & 2024 Goals
In 2023, the Warehousing Department made significant progress in basic business and team building. In terms of basic business, it has completed the work tasks of 1516827 10,000 pieces of finished product warehouse, 327088 pieces of re-cleaning, and 1450367 of 10,000 pieces of finished products for sales, as well as 10,435.98 tons of raw material warehouse, 10,383.595 tons of semi-finished product warehouse, 3756350 spacer paper, and 3244872 pieces of delivery. In terms of team building, a number of activities and measures have been carried out, including quality month activities, post training activities, etc., to improve the quality of employees and team cohesion. At the same time, the warehousing department has also strengthened safety management and improved the level of logistics management.
