Impersonation claims fraud
Scammers pretend to be e-commerce platform sellers or courier staff, contact the parties by phone, and falsely claim that the goods purchased by the parties have an accident in transit, and will make a claim for the parties. After that, the party was guided to download screen sharing software, asked the party to click on the fake link, and asked the party to enter the bank account information and verification code on the grounds of improving the claim information, and finally stole the party's money.
Fake red envelope scams
Scammers disguise themselves as e-commerce platform promoters, micro-businesses, distributors, etc., and publish fake links to large "Double 11" red envelopes through social platforms such as Moments, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, and Xianyu, guiding victims to click and fill in personal information, and finally steal the parties' money.
Part-time scams
On the pretext of increasing the sales, credibility, and praise rate of e-commerce stores to earn commissions, fraudsters publish information and contact QQ accounts through Moments, Xiaohongshu, Weibo, Tieba, etc., and after the victim adds them, in order to deceive trust, they will initially give the victim a small profit return, and after the single amount increases, they will refuse to return the money for various reasons, and induce the victim to continue to brush the order, expanding the financial loss.
Commodity trading scams
Fraudsters posted false information about the promotion of "Double 11" on platforms such as Xiaohongshu, Tieba, and Douyin, guiding victims to add WeChat, falsely claiming that the platform controls prices so they did activities through WeChat, luring victims to pay on the grounds of low-price promotions, and then blackmailing victims after receiving money.

Be careful to click on the red envelope collection link, jump to other webpages, and if you need to enter personal information to receive benefits, you must close it immediately.

Online swiping is an illegal act in itself, so don't click on a link or QR code from a stranger.
Point 4
Payment for purchases must be made from formal channels, not channels that are not protected by the platform's monitoring.
