At this event, the results of 6 top shortlisted design units at home and abroad were presented.

On July 21, the official website of Xiangjiang New Area released the "Announcement on the Solicitation of International Competitions for the Design of Landmark Buildings in the Core Exhibition Area of Xiangjiang Science City".
The study area is about 1.57 square kilometers with Wenxi Road and Hongqiao Avenue in the north, Shixihu Road and Duping Avenue in the south, Tanzhou Avenue in the west, and Xiangjiang River in the east.
Three landmark buildings (tentative names) are planned to be built on plot 1, including the Technology Trading Service Center, the International Conference Center, and the International Talent Service Center, leading the development of the Science City, with a land area of about 0.5 square kilometers.
