In August 2007, Guo Ruixia, who graduated from college, was assigned to work in Linzhou Subdistrict of Shenmu City, from assistant mayor to office officer, civil affairs specialist, and village cadre, she continued to strengthen her study, draw nutrition from books, and accumulate experience from work and life work.
