　　Comrade Li Keqiang, an outstanding member of the Communist Party of China, a time-tested and loyal communist fighter, an outstanding proletarian revolutionary and statesman, an outstanding leader of the Party and the country, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the 17th, 18th and 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, and former Premier of the State Council, died at 0:10 on October 27, 2023 in Shanghai at the age of 68 due to a heart attack.

　　Comrade Li Keqiang, a native of Dingyuan, Anhui Province, was born on July 3, 1955 in Hefei, Anhui Province. From September 1962 to March 1974, he studied in Hefei Nanmen Primary School and No. 8 Middle School, and joined the Chinese Communist Youth League in December 1973. Since he was a teenager, he has loved the party, the motherland, and the people, studied hard, and pursued progress. From March 1974, he joined the Communist Party of China in May 1976 and served as the secretary of the Party branch of the Damiao Brigade of Damiao Commune, Fengyang County, Anhui Province from November 1976 to March 1978.
