Nine Elder Brother Yinyu: Kangxi's son with the heaviest affection
In the TV series "Yongzheng Dynasty", we saw the plot that Yinxiang, the thirteenth son of the emperor, was called the "chivalrous king" and was deeply praised by Kangxi, but in fact, Kangxi's most affectionate son was not him. Jiu Elder Brother Yinyu was born in the twenty-second year of Kangxi, and his mother was one of the most favored concubines in the middle of Kangxi, Yifei Guo Luoluo. As the son of the favorite concubine, Yinyu has been favored by the emperor since he was a child, not only studious and intelligent, but also has a certain talent for language and invention, which is not common among many Kangxi's sons.
However, at the age of ten, Yinyu almost lost his life. In the thirty-first year of Kangxi, Yinyu's ears suffered from carbuncles and serious infections, and his life was in danger for a while. Fortunately, Lu Yidao, a missionary from Italy, appeared in time and successfully cured Yinyu's condition. However, Yinyu's fate is not optimistic. After Yongzheng succeeded to the throne, Yinyu was sent to the Xining army, and was later imprisoned in Baoding because of his correspondence with Yinyu and Yinyu. In the fourth year of Yongzheng, Yinyu was removed from the yellow belt, cut off the clan name, and changed his name to Seth Black. In the same year, he died in a secluded place, and the truth is still unclear about the cause of his death. After Yinyu's death, his family has been imprisoned in it, and his eldest son Yinzhen has been imprisoned for more than 50 years, from a teenager to an old man.
