In this way, perhaps to broaden the breadth of the territory or to deepen the influence of the recipients. All in all, the reason why the word Shenfu is inseparable is not only because the land and land are connected, but more importantly, the interpersonal communication is also different from other places.
If the people of Shenfu meet on some social occasions, and the people of Fugu always call Shenmu people big brother, then the status of self, needless to say, is to recognize the small. This recognition of smallness is not climbing high or humble, it is formed from various reasons.
First of all, judging from the current population situation, there are more than 250,000 Fugu and more than 570,000 Shenmu; The land area is 3,229 square kilometers in Fugu and 7,635 square kilometers in Shenmu; In comparison with the regional GDP in 2022, Fugu will be 90.1 billion yuan and Shenmu will be 223.1 billion yuan. Judging from these social indicators alone, the comparison of Shenfu is more than 2:1. From ancient times to the present, both Shenfu and Shenfu belong to the cultural birthplace of the middle reaches of the Yellow River, and in ancient times, they were both important military towns and border fortresses in Hexi. After that, the two families formed an alliance to resist the enemy, effectively prolonging the peace and stability of the Central Plains, and making a historical contribution to the social development at that time.
Although it is said that the marriage of Zheyang and the folding of the family in Fuzhou are the aunts of Shangbang, in the feudal era when the male superiority and female inferiority were very serious, Linzhou was still in the position of the elder brother. Until now, even in the adjacent area of Qin, Jinmeng, and Meng, there are more people who know the Yang Sect than the Zhi Clan, and the historical status and social prestige of the two families, the Yang family has always had the upper hand. However, this boss is also in danger of being abandoned, and it is precisely because of the relationship between the lips and the teeth that Linzhou can be retained in the Han Xinjiang because of the existence of Fuzhou. In 1044 of the Song Dynasty, the imperial court was ready to abandon Linzhou because of the large amount of food used in Linzhou, and sent Ouyang Xiu to investigate. Ouyang Xiu went through a field investigation and played this song. It is believed that if Linzhou is abandoned, it will be difficult for Fuzhou to defend alone, and the loss of the two states will be like a wide open door, and it will be difficult to preserve the counties and counties in the east of the river. Therefore, Song Renzong approved this chapter, so the two states of Linfu, which have the reality of interdependence, can continue to stand on the west bank of the Yellow River and jointly resist the invasion of foreign enemies.
Judging from the historical records, geographical location, cultural origins, customs and other aspects of the Divine Palace, the two places are similar, and they do not lose their own characteristics and style. Recently, some literary friends in our county went to Shenmu to collect style, focusing on visiting the city's two cities and two hospitals. For the cultural prosperity everywhere he went, he admired it so much, and at the same time deeply felt the backwardness of local cultural construction. There is a poem written by a literary friend: "In the autumn and winter season, Linzhou visits, two cities and two courtyards are hidden in their hearts." Compared with the culture of Shenfu, the gap is difficult to catch up with for several years. This kind of heartfelt exclamation shows that the development of Shenmu culture is extraordinary. And a literary friend who has not been to Shenmu recently responded: "Fugu culture accounts for half of Shaanxi... How did it get to this point now? Although many Fugu people are reluctant to bow down, they understand the feeling of admiring the rapid construction of Shenmu culture.
I remember that on February 3, 2012, the Fugu Loess Culture Research Association, the Paper-cutting Association and the corresponding two associations of Shenmu jointly held the "Shenfu Boutique Paper-cutting Exchange Exhibition" in the cultural building of Shenmu City. However, when the owner guided the interior of the cultural building, everyone who walked with him was visually amazed and shocked. At that time, all the social and cultural organizations of the city were gathered in the cultural building, and each association had offices, meeting rooms, and exhibition rooms. Look at the bookcase of the Writers' Association, the picture scroll of the Artists Association, the calligraphy of the Calligraphy Association, the photography of the Film Association, and the painted red screen of the Clipping Association... It's dizzying and dazzling. In particular, the display of folk handicraft works and intangible cultural heritage objects in the exhibition hall opened the eyes of the audience and made them forget to return. At this point, ask yourself, where are we spending our time? Why is there such a big gap with the neighbors! At that time, there were very few social organizations in our county that had offices, so how could we talk about a relative fight! At the symposium, I excitedly expressed my inner feelings. However, Shenmu Wenyou is very humble and talks about many places that are difficult to surpass Fugu culture. For example, the Song Dynasty Stone City in Fugu, the Ronghe Academy, the Confucian Temple with the Kangxi Emperor's own handwritten plaque, as well as the Seven Star Temple, the Hongmen Temple, the Great Wall and the Lotus Yuan, Hazhen was once the Heilongjiang Provincial Government Station, the Northeast Army Headquarters and other profound historical cultures, as well as the culture of Errentai, Shanquer, winemaking, food, etc., which are very enviable of the Shenmu people. Cultures are so connected by roots, except for some delineated historical inheritances, learning from each other, learning from each other's strengths, and improving together. Cultural people should encourage each other and enhance cultural self-confidence, so as to create masterpieces that are beneficial to the present and contribute to the future.
Of course, the improvement of cultural soft power must be supported by economic hard power in order to achieve its thickness and height. The high-profile drums and shouts of catching up and surpassing without strength may also have some short-term effects, but in the end, it is difficult to achieve the desired goal.
The two places have always been called brothers, and sometimes they are inseparable. Not to mention the distance, there have been many experiences of separation and merger in modern times alone. In 1935, the Fugu Revolutionary Committee of the Communist Party of China was established, and in early 1937, the Shenfu Anti-Japanese Special Zone was established, and in July of that year, Shenfu Hexian was established. Fugu County was established in 1947, and Shenfu County was established in 1950, and it was separated in May of that year. In 1958, Shenfu was once again merged, and in 1961 it was separated. During the merger of the two counties, they were both called Shenfu County. In July 1933, the Special Committee of Northern Shaanxi held a meeting in Gaojiaqi, Jia County, and one of the contents of the meeting was the decision to establish the Third Detachment of the Northern Shaanxi Guerrilla Force of the Chinese Workers' and Peasants' Red Army (Shenfu Red Third Detachment). In May 1934, Shenmu County sent He Wei, Han Feng and other comrades to Fugu to carry out armed struggle. In 1935, the Shenfu Special Committee was established, and in December of that year, Yang Heting, secretary of the Special Committee, and other comrades went to Wayaobao to attend the meeting. At the meeting, Chairman Mao Zedong pointed out: "Although the Divine Mansion is not big, this place is very important and is the front line of resistance against Japan. The situation there was tense and the struggle was hard. Comrades who go to Shenfu must organize party members, mobilize all forces to build a united front, do not be intimidated by difficulties, and as long as they persist, they will win. It can be seen that the leadership of the Party Central Committee at that time attached great importance to the revolutionary work of the Divine Mansion and regarded the Divine Mansion as a family.
In the world, things are often coincidental, and some geographical connections are always so bizarre, that is, artificial category boundaries, and sometimes it is difficult to separate. For example, in 1984, China explored and discovered one of the world's seven largest coalfields, one of the world's seven largest coalfields, in the territory of Shenfu, commonly known as the "Shenfu coalfield", with reserves of more than 130 billion tons; In 2023, China will announce to the world that it has discovered a deep gas field with reserves of 100 billion cubic meters in Yulin, commonly known as the "Shenfu Gas Field". ”
The development of the Shenfu coalfield has effectively promoted the development of the local economy, greatly enhanced the popularity of the Shenfu area and the people of Shenfu, and made the people of Shenfu look down on the people of Shenfu with admiration. Since then, the two places have put an end to the desolate situation of "poor mountains and hungry stones, the Yellow River flowing westward, and nine droughts in ten years, looking at the heavens and rice bowls", so that this poor and remote land, which has always been unable to retain people (Fugu was once called the Fort of Keeping People), has become a low-lying land that attracts economic investment, industrial development, and talent yearning from all over the country. Now, a huge gas field has been discovered, which is a happy event and a lot of good luck. In the reality of another great economic development, why should we suffer from the underdevelopment of various undertakings, including culture?!
When a person can see the gap with his peers, it will inevitably stimulate the motivation to move forward, as long as he can catch up, he will definitely achieve the desired goal. And the pretentious may only stop moving.
In fact, as far as the current cultural development of the two places is concerned, it can be said that the dynamics are different and have their own characteristics. The cultural construction of Shenmu is based on the local inherent cultural foundation as the main line, with government investment as the guarantee, and the physical image as the focus, creating many cultural landscapes that are clear at a glance. The cultural development of Fugu is under the leadership of the propaganda and cultural department, and the work of various social and cultural organizations is very active. For example, the county writers' association has been focusing on excavating and accumulating rich local culture, and has taken the initiative to contact cultural organizations in neighboring areas to work together. In recent years, the Writers' Association, in order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of various literary departments, has conducted more than 10 cultural research and collection activities every year. According to the actual situation of Fugu, it also successfully planned and undertook the cultural friendship activities of the "Fugu Tour of the Saffron Festival" attended by the three provinces and autonomous regions of Qin, Jin, and Meng, and the Writers' Association of the 12 counties of Yulin City, and creatively held the "Welcome to the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the first cultural forum of Fubao and Fugu", sent personnel to visit the local cultural villages of Hequ, collected the materials of the "February Erwei Society" with the same origin as Fugu, and organized activities such as revisiting the "Jinhuangfu Zhuangyuan Village", "Ancient Temple of Yinma Town", and "The Great Wall at the head of the wall". This dynamic cultural exchange of going out and welcoming in not only enlivens the cultural atmosphere of the local and neighboring areas, but also accumulates a large number of valuable cultural materials, and has also won the commendation and award of the provincial and municipal writers' associations. In particular, the "Fuzhou Wenyuan" organized by the Writers' Association has become a member of the network platform of the National Writers' Association, so that the cultural image of Fugu has been greatly improved.
Having said that, Shenfu Guan is commensurate with brothers, and now, the culture of Shenmu is prosperous, so the cultural development of Fugu is also expected. Because the elder brother's family is developed, the younger brother's family has a dependence, an example to learn, and a goal, and they will complement each other! Of course, the support of cultural development and economic strength is objectively inseparable, but the subjective factor of positivity and flexibility is an indispensable and important ingredient for the success of any business. Neighbors are scales, and friends are bronze mirrors for each other. The two adjacent places, various phenomena, and the factors that affect each other are not only permeable and diffusive, but also motivating and infectious. The wind of Shenmu's great culture will definitely come to Fugu. However, opportunities are always given to those who are prepared. As long as we have confidence, hard work, and preparation, many Cai Xiangsheng and countless cultural bases in Fugu may come into being in the near future.
