3. After the size of the furniture is determined, determine the water and electricity points according to the living needs of the family.
4. The basic materials to be selected are similar, such as tiles, floors, cabinets, doors and windows, etc.

Decoration generally begins with the handover
1. Start of construction disclosure: the designer, owner, construction team, supervision four parties to the scene to communicate and report, clarify the construction process, standards and construction of the addition or decrease items.
Note: If you need to remove it, check the balconies, doors and windows, water heaters, etc. that need to be preserved in advance to ensure that they are not damaged before proceeding to the next step.

Note: It takes 3 days for floor heating and central air conditioning installation, and 2 days for fresh air system installation. Heating modification, gas meter displacement, brick selection, measuring cabinets, measuring windows, these can be completed before the bottom is handed over.

4. Hydropower transformation: Before the transformation, the hydropower materials should be notified to enter the site in advance. During the decoration process, pay attention to the depth and diameter of the water and electricity grooves and the angle of the air conditioner holes.
During the renovation of water and electricity, window installation and entrance door dimensional measurement can be arranged at the same time.
5. Hydropower acceptance
Note: Strictly compare the design drawings during acceptance. After acceptance, you can purchase relevant hardware accessories and panels according to the switch panel configuration given by the bookstore master.
6. Indoor structure transformation: can be carried out at the same time as water and electricity transformation.
7. Filling and kitchen and bathroom wall cement leveling: The wall leveling work can not be less, and the balcony insulation project can be done together.
Note: Remember to say hello to the downstairs neighbor in advance, because to carry out the closed water test and waterproof effect test, you can go downstairs to check the effect.

Note: At the latest, buy good paint before scraping putty, some workers brush different paint habitually with different tools, remember to say hello.
