With the gradual exhaustion of IPv4 addresses, major operators have also opened IPV6 services. Home broadband now generally supports IPv6. IPv6 allows each device in the home to have an independent public network address, which is convenient for service creation and mutual access.
Based in Beijing, China Telecom's 500M broadband has recently been installed. The computer opens the IPv6 test website and shows that the IPv6 connection is normal. The public IPv6 address starting with 240e is also displayed.

But open the network properties of the computer, the IPv6 address displayed is indeed the address starting with fdf4, which is the internal network address of IPv6. It's not the address that the test just saw starts with 240e.

Open the IPv6 settings of the wireless router (TPLINK WTA301 presented by Telecom) and find that the public IPv6 address displayed in the test just now is actually the IPv6 public address of the router gateway, and the computer and mobile phone connected to the router get the intranet address.

Sure enough, further see the LAN settings in the router's IPv6 settings, and the IPv6 address prefix given is the private network address.

After the study, it turned out that Beijing Telecom broadband defaulted to the optical modem routing mode, and the IPv6 dynamic prefix assigned to the optical modem was /64, and the secondary routing IPv6 allocation could no longer be supported. In this way, the wireless router connected to the optical modem can only turn off IPv6 prefix authorization, and use the IPv6 private network address prefix to assign it to the home LAN. In this way, the home LAN Internet devices get IPv6 intranet addresses. In the IPv6 era, telecom is still in the intranet address, China Telecom is not too much. IPv6 allocates the /60 prefix, and 16 subnets can be allocated for home secondary routing.
Found the reason, there is still a solution. The first solution is to change the Internet access mode set by the wireless router IPv6 to bridge mode. Configure IPv6 addresses directly in the optical modem.

After configuration, look at the network properties of the computer, and get the public IPv6 address starting with 240e.

Another way is to change the optical modem to a bridge method and dial with a wireless router. Allowing the router to dial can also ease the change of optical modem and improve the performance of the home network. After switching to optical modem bridging, after the wireless router dials, the IPv6 settings of the router may enable prefix authorization, and the assigned public IPv6 prefix can also be seen in the LAN settings.

The computer network will also get the allocated public IPv6 address.

Later, the home router was replaced with an Asus wireless router, and the IPv6 settings were slightly different. In optical modem routing mode, select Passthrough for the router connection type. In Optical Modem Bridging, Router Dial-Up Mode, select Native for the IPv6 connection type.
