The M777 howitzer was hung with barbed wire, and the Russian army controlled the "Lancet" to adjust the angle to destroy

In the Klimina region, the Russian army launched a powerful offensive, and the artillery of the Ukrainian army appeared quite passive. An M777A2 towed howitzer was placed on the edge of the woods to provide fire support to friendly forces. The howitzer was covered with barbed wire and was designed to protect against attacks by Lancet patrol missiles. (M777A2 has barbed wire on the top, but the barrel part does not) Not so long ago, a number of Lancet patrol missiles carried out a dive at a large angle and unfortunately hit the barbed wire on the roof of the T-64BV tank. For the Lancet seeker, this barbed wire became an effective means of defense. Barbed wire was easy to prepare and quickly spread, and almost all artillery of the Ukrainian army, even tanks that had been stopped, were equipped with barbed wire on top. (The Lancet patrol missile destroyed the M777A2 towed howitzer) As long as we do not let our guard down, a solution to the problem will always be found. The clever Russian "Lancet" operator does not even need to change the seeker, just adjust the angle of attack and solve the problem perfectly. (Close-up photo is flatter than before)

After the UAV detected the location of the M777A2, the Lancet patrol missile quickly arrived and began to dive from a distance. When the aircraft reached a certain altitude, it quickly accelerated to level flight, directly hitting the part in front of the howitzer that did not have any protection. This is almost equivalent to scrapping it. Not so long ago, the Ukrainian army even confidently placed American-made M109 self-propelled howitzers under the wires, expecting the Lancet to hit the wires when diving at large angles. But clever Russian military operators operate drones from a distance, and also take the approach of diving and accelerating level flight to solve the problem. (Ukrainian troops placed M109 under a network of wires, but still could not avoid destruction)

In the next step, we will of course make improvements and upgrades. However, at the moment it is sufficient to deal with such equipment as towed howitzers, self-propelled howitzers, armored vehicles, air defense systems and radars with weak protection. However, dealing with tanks with reactive armor is still a challenge.
