On May 13, the "2021 First Steel Standards and Testing Technology Development Forum" was held in the Optics Valley Science and Technology Convention center. 40 well-known enterprises in the metal materials industry from all over the country exhibited a lot of high-end equipment. More than 400 industry insiders jointly discussed the development and synergy of steel testing technology and standard development, and helped the high-quality development of the steel industry.

Zhang Fu, chairman of the Wuhan Herun Consortium and chairman of Zhongke Innovation, said in an interview with reporters that the Institute of Physics of the Chinese Academy of Sciences developed China's first digital ultrasonic flaw detector in the 1980s. Under the leadership of the Chinese Academy of Sciences for more than 30 years, the research and development and update of nondestructive testing equipment of Zhongke Innovation has always been the leader of the industry, but Zhongke Innovation has not satisfied the status quo, but has buried its head in independent updating, catching up with foreign industry benchmarks, continuously narrowing the gap with the international level, and making sufficient preparations for scientific progress to cope with future development.
