1. The installation timing should be accurate
The most cost-saving and perfect installation method of PU line is to use glue before scraping the first putty before it is polished; Because the putty is too smooth after sanding, it will fall off when it sticks.

If you need to install on the finish surface, after gluing, it is best to use straight gun nails to reinforce on both sides to prevent falling off due to unstable bonding.
2. Pay attention to thermal expansion and contraction
In mild cases, obvious cracks will be seen in the seams of the wire panel, and in severe cases, it will even cause breakage. Of course, untreated joints can also lead to cracking.
In addition to choosing high-quality PU lines, try to avoid installation in places where the temperature difference is too large, such as the wall of the sun position.
There are also some northern regions, especially in the northeast, where thermal expansion and contraction are more serious, and the lines will become shorter and cracked.
3. Repair method
If there is a very serious fracture, it needs to be removed again for construction, if the crack is not serious, the following methods can be used:
(1) First clean up the dust and debris in the gap, you can use a utility knife to operate, and polish a new section.
(2) Make anti-cracking glue or nail-free glue in the gap to ensure that the innermost part of the gap is in place.
(3) After the glue dries, fill the gap with edge glue and polish it flat, and then spray paint if you need to paint.
