Until now, I have a very standard size 48 dress at home, which is not elastic. I am 1.91 meters tall, the normal shoulder width should be 52, and staying at 48 shoulder width means that I have to pay a big price. I wear it, and the buttons can be buttoned, which means I can go to Milan Fashion Week. Can't buckle, lose weight, it's that simple.
Like before this year's London Fashion Week, I lost 14 pounds in 20 days. But recently participated in "Through the Thorns 3", almost lost a kilogram after recording an issue. So this time I went to Milan Fashion Week, and I didn't have to lose weight for the first time.

For a long time, I wasn't on stage.
It's easier to innovate when you're young, and the older you get, the more you are afraid of your mistakes, such as I'm an actor, and I'm worried that I don't stick to the line of acting.
When the first and second seasons of "Through the Thorns" invited me, I didn't know how to deal with it, because my idol baggage was too heavy. How to present my weakest things well in a short time, this is the confusion that I am not a talented actor and a talented singer.
In fact, I was born as an athlete, and I was injured in training, and by chance I formed a model. At a fashion show, I was seen by the Hong Kong entertainment company, and they thought that this person could be packaged, so they gave me a contract. That contract is 46 pages, how can I understand it, I probably read it and signed it.
At that time, the walls of our company were full of big stars, Leslie Cheung, Jacky Cheung, Shen Dianxia, Grasshopper... I was the last kid.

At that time, we were idol trainees, and I didn't feel what fame and fortune you said, what I felt was that I was busy learning different things. The contract stipulates that we can't fall in love, we can't do this or that, we can't do everything, we can only practice songs and acting.
For example, my pitch and rhythm are not that good. To get a song, I might have to practice for months, every day, my voice made of meat, and it was carved into my muscle memory. Slowly you will become as if you are at ease, but this smoothness is brought to you by practice, not by your innate nature.
Participating in "Through Thorns 3" this time is actually because I want to get out of my comfort zone. I am 52 years old, fifty know the destiny of heaven, I should hand over an answer sheet. I became a rower as a teenager, represented the Chinese rowing team in the World Cup, and won the seventh place in the world, which is quite a great honor.
At that time, I was quite hopeful that I could do well, and my dream was to win the world championship. But we went to train abroad, I stood behind other foreign athletes, and the people in front couldn't see me. It's not that you can't see my height, you can't see what I'm coming from.
Because I'm so strong, I want to say, I have to let them see me. I eat a lot of beef and fish every day, and my stomach is not good. Working overtime, I do it 10 times when others do it, 10 km when someone else rows, I row 20 km. But this kind of unscientific training will affect your exercise life.

During a training session, the coach asked me to do 135kg squats, I usually squat about two, that day I said no, I have to squat to five. When I squatted to the 4th, I was a little eye-catching with Venus, and by the 5th, I was a little unable to squat, my brain was blank, and I unconsciously let go of my hand. In that second I knew, it's over.

At that time, it was about to be compared to the Beijing Asian Games, the first Asian Games was compared in China, and China's rowing sport will always be the first in Asia, I am actually looking forward to it. As a result, because of that training, my first small glory in life was directly dark.
In order to calm my state of mind, I went to the China Academy of Art to study sketching, and I really sat with elementary school students. When practicing basic skills, I draw vertical bars, horizontal bars, draw and draw, and all that comes to mind is the rowing of rows. I want to calm myself, but I can't.

Then one day I had coffee with my teacher, and the teacher told me that he felt that I had a very fashionable atmosphere, not brought by clothes, but by my mental outlook. He said that the so-called fashion is actually a very keen sense of the changes that occur around him. This is innovation, and the power of innovation is very great.
I woke up all of a sudden, really. When I was in elementary school, my favorite thing to visit was the foreign bookstore and see the latest imported things. My pencil case is always a double-sided tile, and I also have the kind of folding umbrella that pops up when I press it, and I also have the pen with the electronic watch on the back. As long as something new comes out, I have it, and that's the feeling of fashion.

When I was not yet filming, I hosted a show and interviewed all the artists and singers in China, including Taiwan and Hong Kong, and made it a very popular music program. So I also have a lot of fans, and when I go to the record store and sign a book with them, I get caught all of them, which is a happy feeling.
Although every time I think about the experience of athletes, I can't help but (choke), recently it was the Hangzhou Asian Games, in fact, it is quite a pity. But the good part is that I went from a high to the bottom, and by the time I set sail again, I started over step by step.

I tell you what I eat for the day. After waking up in the morning, the apples are eaten every morning, on an empty stomach, then two eggs, a cup of coffee, and at the end, I feel comfortable.
You can't eat fish or meat at noon, and the whole person is blocked after eating. I would eat an egg sandwich, white toast bread, and cut the sides off.
At night, I eat meat animals, I want to eat beef, chicken, shrimp and crab, as long as I eat these I am satisfied.
Eating special food once a week, I also eat fast food, eat hamburgers, eat fries. Don't have too much stuff and eat it occasionally. I feel that it is simple for me and may be too harsh for many people.
So age is not a problem for me. The pressure is not physical, but psychological.

This year, when London Fashion Week celebrates its 40th anniversary, I also launched an event: 5 young Chinese designers, 5 young European designers, design a show together, I help them go, debut at London Fashion Week, then go to Milan, to Paris, to New York.
I may not be able to do big things, but in the field of fashion, I can export and cheer everyone on. Support the young designer, maybe he will be noticed overnight, let his ideas be completed, and the creativity will become more. This dream made me feel for myself that I had a little greatness.
I have always felt that everyone should have a mirror, and constantly looking in the mirror is the norm for themselves. When you are young, this mirror may be a father, a mother, a teacher, he will tell you what needs to be modified, and you will take a lot less detours.
But many people reach a certain time, his wings are full, maybe the mirror is gone, because he is his own boss, at that time it was very scary.
Since I was 4 years old, the swim team coach has asked me to train every day, and if I don't practice well, I have to stand up and think carefully about why I didn't do well and how to improve myself. Then be polite, stand back with new players, and respect the old players. These little things are slowly built up from a very young age.

More than three years ago, my mother's health was not very good, and I knew it was already advanced stomach cancer. I realized that my life needed a change and that I had to spend time with my mom at home, so I returned to Hangzhou without hesitation.
When my mom passed away in February, I didn't regret it. Because I have been with me for three years, until the last few days I have been by my side, holding hands. What could be more important than that, right?
My dad is 86 years old, and I want my dad to be 100 years old. So I decided to give up all things in show business and take care of my dad as best I could.
This Milan Fashion Week has just ended, and they want me to be a double ambassador for London Fashion Week and Milan Fashion Week. I said is it okay to be an adviser, I can't carry the two ambassadors, I can't do so many things alone.
