The NBA is graded in the Western Conference for the new season, with three championship groups and ten teams competing in the playoffs
(1) Championship group: Nuggets, Suns, Lakers
Last season's championship still retained the core starting five, the Lakers who entered the Western Conference finals also retained most of the team and made reinforcements, and the Suns also received a full offseason and training camp.
Their overall strength is still at the forefront of the division.
(2) Top six groups (playoff pass-thru): Clippers, Kings, Grizzlies
Stumbling, although the Clippers have not won the championship in recent years, their regular season position has always been guaranteed. The Timberwolves retain the Twin Towers and Edwards continues to grow, and there is still a chance to add variables to the West.
The Thunder have welcomed back Holmgren and Mišic to join and are expected to return to the playoffs this year.
And the Rockets have changed their previous bad thinking this year, bringing in Udoka while recruiting a number of veterans, obviously to make an impact on the playoffs.
(4) Swing group: Jazz, Blazers, Spurs
The Jazz still have enough resources to rebuild that they will remain at the end of the West for the new season.
