As the O&M shift leader, my daily work is to ensure the smooth production of the 70 pumped wells here through timely "diagnosis and treatment". This morning, just inspected the Hei-95 pumping well, it was found that the belt of the well was very worn, and if it was not replaced in time, it would cause the well to stop pumping and production.
Time is the essence of production, and hidden dangers must be eliminated. I coordinated with my colleagues by stopping pumping, disassembling the motor, replacing the belt, adjusting the "four points and one line"... The belt replacement operation was completed in one go in the shortest time. Soaked with sweat, we suddenly looked up to see the reassembled Black-95 pumping well and the five-star red flag flying high above the base of the operation and maintenance center.

Today is the National Day, and as the people of the whole country celebrate the 74th anniversary of the founding of the motherland, the two of us, like other Jilin oil people, are particularly excited. In order to produce smoothly and orderly, we continue to stick to our posts with 100% enthusiasm.
Early in the morning, we were busy cleaning the oil and water well site and the sanitation between the equipment, for more than two hours, the No. 16 platform was cleaned inside and out, and then cleaned the flow meter and filter cylinder of the external pump room, a little half a day's work, the tooling was soaked, we went to the warehouse to get tools and began to patrol the well, 72 oil and water wells, carefully inspect it. On October 1, the No. 16 platform produced 71.5 tons of crude oil per day, which can be regarded as a gift for the National Day.
