The keynote speech I brought today is called "New Opportunities for AI, the Era of Service Robots is Coming", and the past few years have been emphasizing the development of AI from the algorithm stage to the scene stage to the practical stage. Our service robot itself is a new field that combines AI technology and traditional hardware technology and robotics technology. In this field, the chain is very long, you can see that there are professional robot companies in the past, there are new AI algorithm companies, there are also robot application companies, that is, the use of robots to enter various scenarios to serve enterprises. This chain is very long. So when Orion Starry Sky enters this field, in order to better couple products, we are a robot company with comprehensive capabilities that integrates the entire chain from AI to software to hardware, plus services, and packages them as a whole.

The chairman of our company is Fu Sheng, who used to be an entrepreneur who started with the mobile Internet and the Internet. He proposed that the model of robots comes from AI + software + hardware + services, such a full chain of service robots. So we have many product lines covering these areas, including we have a whole chain of artificial intelligence related algorithms and technologies; also includes that we have such a software system, robot operating system, cloud operating system; there are hardware from the design, structure and supply chain procurement, production of the whole system; including we enter the service scene, can establish such an open platform with our partners, so that our cloud control system can be open, and finally into a variety of scenarios across the country. Form such a full chain ecology of service robots.

Our AI technology includes several fields, bionics is the mouth, ears, eyes, legs, hands, brain. The mouth is that the robot can speak; the ear is that the robot can hear what people say clearly in the case of noise in the real physical space; the eye is the recognition of objects; the legs, now the main focus is the electric drive wheeled robot, and now we are also investing in four-legged legs, and the future is also developing to the legs of the bipedal; the hand is now a consumer-grade six-axis mechanical arm; the brain, which is now the combination of AI and chip technology, to form a chip chain suitable for the robot's computing power.

Our operating system is software, but we are able to achieve very large compatibility, very good compatibility with a wide variety of hardware. At the same time, there is also an open system, which can open our underlying capabilities to other partners, and some partners have not strong technical capabilities under the premise that many application scenarios have been developed and templated through our open system. Our hardware research and development system is also a complete system of manufacturing and quality control according to the design, large-scale mass production, which can cover a variety of our robots.

In addition, because this generation of robots is an artificial intelligence robot, it is inseparable from a more powerful brain. We also invested a lot of energy in the entire R&D process to develop Orion Star's cloud brain service capability, which includes three main service contents. The first is an AI algorithm. The second is the data platform used by customers in various application scenarios, which can perform big data analysis. The third is the basic operation service platform, that is, the remote maintenance and remote support of the robot in the entire process of operation, such as fault repair. At the same time, it can support visual intelligence, natural language intelligence, movement intelligence, behavioral intelligence, etc.

Therefore, self-research has brought great benefits, the first is that the cost will be reduced, because a lot of externally mined things will become more expensive. The second is that the performance is better, when we have a lot of AI combined with hardware, coupled problems, we can deal with it at the first time, without waiting for the supplier to solve. The third is that we enter the scene very quickly, because we have a unified software platform and a unified hardware platform, and when we enter different scenarios and need to provide different types of robots, we can develop new robots very quickly.

Let me introduce some of the types of mainstream service robots we probably have. The first generation is the earliest to do called reception service robots, in a specific scenario to provide intelligent service capabilities, through voice interaction. The second is a delivery robot, like a hotel, restaurant, KTV to carry out some catering and food, small item delivery. The third category is the new retail service robot, we mainly promote the six-axis robotic arm, and now the main scene is the two-arm coffee robot service it provides, which has cooperated with several large enterprises.

The scene of the reception service robot landing now is very large, and it is also the robot with the largest shipment. We now have three models, and there's a small one called mini, which we're preparing to enter the family in the future. There are also large screens, applied to services such as advertising; it provides intelligent services to customers, can assume part of the ability of manual services, the amount of deployment can be very large, the coverage rate can be very high, and the overall cost can also be reduced. Its scenes include cultural tourism scenes, medical institution scenes, government affairs scenes, courts, shopping malls, airports, libraries, and commercial scenes that basically require public services can cooperate. Moreover, after our secondary development with our partners, it has greatly improved its relevant information and service capabilities in this scenario. At present, 1015 shopping malls have been settled in 35 cities across the country, with 8965 service-oriented robots, providing users in our shopping malls with various business navigation, marketing interaction, membership services and other functions. We are also stationed at airports, including Guangzhou Baiyun Airport and Beijing Daxing Airport.

Healthcare is also the focus of our expansion this year. During the epidemic, we provided relevant robot services to hospitals, including Beijing and other places, and we also donated to Wuhan Huoshenshan Hospital. In the medical scene, the robot can do three things, the first is the guidance, the answer to the hospital medical process; also in some community medical institutions, to provide health service robots, if you need a doctor, the robot will be backstage access to the Internet doctor platform, by the doctor remote consultation; of course, the delivery of robots can also. Hotel robot is also a big application scenario, now more and more popular, we can also be regarded as a company with more investment in this country.

Focus on restaurant service robots. The scene of the restaurant is the scene of the recent hot service robot landing. Robots can deliver food here, and can also be used to attract customers in their leisure time, distribute snacks and market at the entrance of the hotel. Our robot has only been on the market for a month, there are already hundreds of customers waiting to enter, and now nearly 100 customers have booked to use.

This is our KTV delivery robot, the main purpose is to deliver wine and fruit plates in KTV, which is also the product we entered the market in the early days, and now it is also landed in more than 100 KTV stores across the country through partners.

The new retail robot is an important product we launched this year, the first part is the coffee scene, and in the future, we also have the Chinese tea scene in the development. They can now offer specialty coffee services in some shopping malls, office buildings, and hotels. We have also carried out services with our partners, including the use of Beijing Tongrentang in the physical store of Zhima Health, and some coffee scene cooperation with China Mobile Migu.

In China, we are a service robot company with a relatively large shipment volume, and now there are more than 15,000 robots on the job in various places, achieving 7.8 million customer voice interactions every day and accumulating 200 million people.

Our vision is to free people from repetitive physical labor and to make traditional businesses as efficient as the internet. After years of efforts, we have developed nearly 2,000 partners of various categories across the country, which can cover different scenarios, of which many partners are technology partners, they have their own special technologies in each scenario, and also work with us to build a robot business ecology.
