"In order to build the Hunan 'No. 1' project, our department actively uses BIM and other information technology means in the smart construction site to complete the animation simulation of the organization of earth and rock excavation construction to improve construction accuracy and work efficiency; carry out QC activities in quality control, follow the PDCA cycle for sorting, analysis and verification, and improve the quality of key processes in the construction process; Actively carry out scientific research activities for the construction of ultra-deep and narrow foundation pits, large-volume concrete crack control, ultra-high and ultra-thick unilateral formwork construction, etc.; In terms of project management, our project management personnel ensure that they are online 24 hours a day during the double festival, and more than 600 on-site construction workers are fully devoted, so as to truly achieve the "double festival" holiday without relaxing, and strive to overtake on curves in the progress.
