The installation points are as follows:
Check the camera packaging and accessories before installation, confirm that the camera is a brand new original qualified product, and the manual, certificate of conformity, etc. are complete. Each camera should be powered on for detection and adjustment before the camera is in working condition.
The camera connection cable should have a margin of at least 1 meter, and the cable plug and power plug should not be used to carry the weight.
Determination of installation location: The camera should be installed near the monitored target and not easily damaged by the outside world, and the installation location should not affect the work and normal activities of nearby on-site personnel. The installation height is 2.6 meters to 5 meters indoors, and 3.5 meters to 10 meters outdoors.
The lens of the camera should avoid strong direct light, avoid backlight installation, if backlight installation is necessary, choose to control the light contrast of the monitoring area to a minimum.
Installation requirements for fixed camera brackets: the appearance of the camera bracket should be beautiful, the material should be excellent, there should be no rust, the color and the surrounding environment are coordinated, the installation position is reasonable and vertical without deviation, the use of rubber plugs or expansion bolts for installation, the cable does not leak.
Installation requirements of camera power supply: outdoor camera power supply needs to be installed separately in the waterproof power box, the perimeter should be well ventilated, firm, waterproof, the power cord is well insulated and sleeve protection, as far as possible as close to the hidden installation. The room adopts centralized power supply mode, pay attention to the power cord connector connection is firm and reliable, installed in the power supply box, each way provides a safety fuse.
Installation requirements of network intelligent ball machine: the protective cover of network intelligent ball machine should be connected firmly, not falling off, not scratching, the bracket and the sphere are firmly connected, and the bracket and the wall or pole connection must be firm, so as not to fall off and break the machine or smash pedestrians.
Installation requirements of the cable: the twisted pair crystal head should meet the requirements of the Class B line sequence process, and the power cord head should be soldered to connect to the terminal block, and check whether the corresponding settings of the camera and the number of the cable are complete.
Monitoring center equipment installation
TV videowall monitoring center equipment such as decoders, monitors, TV videowall, hard disk recorders, etc. are fixed and installed in the pre-planned position of the TV videowall, not allowed to loosen, and leave appropriate intervals between the equipment for ventilation and heat dissipation and daily maintenance; Each visual network cable and power cable are firmly connected to the corresponding terminal block, and the identification of each cable is clear and correct, and the binding is clear and beautiful.
The TV videowall monitor is reasonably distributed, the installation is beautiful, and the TV videowall is installed in a relatively large space, which is conducive to equipment installation, operation and maintenance.
There is 1 meter of space left behind the TV videowall for debugging and maintenance, and 2 meters of space between the console and the TV videowall for daily work.
Console equipment such as control keyboards require that the cable connection is firm and not loose, and the equipment is placed reasonably and easy to operate.
The monitoring center is installed with UPS uninterruptible power supply to ensure the stability of the power supply of the monitoring system, the monitoring center floor is laid with electrostatic floor, the cables are entered into the TV videowall equipment from the space under the floor, and all equipment is well grounded.
Cable routing
The transmission system links the front-end video capture equipment of the surveillance system with the terminal control and video storage equipment of the monitoring center. The front-end video signal is sent to the control center management equipment, and the command signal of the control center is sent to the front-end camera.
The transmission line is mainly divided into wired and wireless two ways, this project mainly adopts the wired method, and the cable is six types of unshielded 4 pairs of twisted pair cables.
This system is mainly for the laying of six types of unshielded 4 pairs of twisted pair cables, laying cables should be reasonably arranged, to prevent friction between cables and cables and other hard objects during laying, pay attention not to scratch the cable skin when turning and passing through the wall. Reasonably arrange the number of threads in the tube, JDG20 pipe through 1 line, JDG25 pipe through 2 lines.
When threading, a professional tool should be used to guide the pipe into the pipeline smoothly, and should not be pulled by force, so as not to deform and affect its electrical performance.
Both ends of the cable should be marked to avoid confusion, and the cable at the end of the TV splicing wall should be reserved for sufficient length, generally 4 meters for the bottom.
The power line of the power supply is DC12V DC power supply cannot be laid with the same pipe as the video line, and needs to be routed separately to avoid signal interference.
System debugging
Monitoring system commissioning must have conditions
The front-end camera and other accessories, monitoring center equipment, and console equipment must all be installed, and the line connection must be completed; Civil and decorative works were basically completed;

Monitor system debugging methods
The debugging sequence is divided into equipment debugging or self-test, single system debugging, and system joint debugging.
First, use multimeters, laptops and other equipment to debug the line and front-end network camera. Each line is tested for on, off and short circuits and marked for records. Each camera should be reasonably adjusted in orientation and the focal length of the lens should be reasonably selected.
After the commissioning of the single equipment and the single system, the system can be jointly debugged. The most important thing in the system joint debugging is the correctness of the power supply, and there can be no short circuit and open circuit. The second is the correctness of the connection of the signal line, the correctness of polarity, and the correctness of the input-output relationship. System joint debugging is another step of testing that can also complete certain performance indicators.
First turn on the power of the system, and then turn on each monitoring device in turn to bring the system into a working state.
Camera Linkage:
Specify a monitor by controlling the host, use the keyboard to call up the camera pictures to be tested, and test the image quality according to the "five-level damage system scoring and grading" table and the "subjective evaluation item" table; The tester goes to the camera installation site to check whether the installation position is reasonable, test the installation quality of the lens, protective cover, bracket, and gimbal and the firmness of the joint, and whether the infrared lamp works normally.
