On September 26, workers' representatives sent two pennants with the words "Be an intimate person for the masses, do practical things for the people" and "Supervision for the people, the protector of migrant workers" to the comprehensive administrative law enforcement brigade of human resources and social security in the Baiyun Obo mining area, in order to thank the labor security supervision staff of the District Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for safeguarding their labor rights and interests.
It is reported that because the employing unit did not pay the workers' wages in time, the workers complained to the comprehensive administrative law enforcement brigade of human resources and social security in our district. After learning of this situation, the brigade immediately arranged for labor inspection staff to intervene to calm the workers' emotions, quickly understand the situation of wage arrears in detail, register and summarize the information in a timely manner, and actively coordinate with the employing units to discuss solutions. After continuous efforts, both the workers and the employing unit reached an agreement, determined the amount of wages and paid wages in a timely manner, with a total of 34,200 yuan in wages, involving 6 workers, effectively safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of workers.
A pennant not only represents the praise of migrant workers for labor inspectors, but also affirms and expects labor security supervision work, and the demands of migrant workers are the direction of efforts of all law enforcement personnel.
