This matter started two years ago.
In 2020, an employee of this unit was accidentally pulled into a WeChat group when he was fishing at work.
The other party claimed to be a staff member of a foreign company, currently engaged in railway transportation, and recently, their company is planning to open up the market and enter the Chinese market.
But they don't know much about the Chinese market, and they can't intuitively understand the current situation of the railway just by looking at the data, so the foreign company staff found the employee and wanted to let their unit help and conduct market research.
In order to win the trust of the employee, the foreign company employee provided quite perfect documents to identify himself, and the employee reported it to his boss after learning about it.
Soon, the boss got in touch with the foreign company employee, and the two sides quickly finalized the contract, using the mainland's high-speed rail data in exchange for the other party's generous remuneration.
Such leaks continued for more than half a year, until the state security department discovered and noticed the company.
But as the investigation deepened, a surprising fact surfaced, it turned out that most of the employees of this company did not know that their company was engaged in secret-related work, nor did they know that some of their work tasks were leaking secrets to foreign forces.
In fact, their tasks are all explained by the boss and the company's senior management, and the boss and senior management naturally know that they are engaged in leaking secrets, but they do not tell the truth to their employees, resulting in employees unknowingly becoming "spies" and accomplices of "spies".
Coincidentally, in addition to the employees of this information company, there is another person who, unknowingly, became a "spy" for leaking secrets.
It's impossible to prevent
