Peng Mingyu, male, born in February 1963, Chinese nationality, no right of abode abroad, Bachelor of Arts, second-level editor. Mr. Peng Mingyu has successively served as the deputy manager and director of the planning department of the company's production branch, the deputy manager and artistic director of Huaxia Film Distribution Co., Ltd., the manager of China Film Creative (Beijing) Film Co., Ltd. (formerly China Film Performing Arts Agency Beijing Co., Ltd.) since April 2020, the manager of the company's film and drama branch since April 2021, and the director of the company's creative department since July 2021.
Mr. Shen Hurong and Mr. Peng Mingyu comply with the qualifications and conditions for supervisors in the Company Law, the Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on the Shanghai Stock Exchange and other laws and regulations. They will work with Ding Li and Zhao Xia, the representative supervisors of the shareholders of the company, to form the second board of supervisors of the company and perform the duties of supervisors.
