Skillfully make mooncakes with strong love for the Mid-Autumn Festival
The Yihe District Federation of Trade Unions carried out mooncake DIY experience activities
In order to carry forward the traditional culture of the Chinese nation and create a happy and strong festive atmosphere, on the occasion of the Mid-Autumn Festival and National Day, on September 25, the Yihe District Federation of Trade Unions and the Youth League District Committee launched the "Mid-Autumn Festival and Happiness Companion" mooncake DIY experience activity at the Yangwen Community Neighborhood Center, attracting more than 30 young employees from Zhongyuan Meigu, express delivery, online car hailing and other young employees to participate in the activity.
At the event site, volunteers prepared various materials and tools for making mooncakes early, and in order to let everyone learn and master the skills of making ice skin mooncakes on site, professional masters were specially invited to give on-site guidance. Under the guidance of the teacher, everyone began to make noodles, dough filling, molding, mold embossing... In the midst of laughter, the delicate and delicious ice skin mooncakes of different shapes gradually took shape, and everyone communicated while making them, laughing and saying, "The mooncakes I made by myself feel different." After the event, the employees put the mooncakes into exquisite packaging boxes and took them back to share with family and friends.
Through this activity, it not only brought festive condolences to the employees in the jurisdiction, experienced the charm of traditional culture, but also enriched the spiritual and cultural life of employees and further enhanced their sense of belonging to the trade union organization. Next, the Yihe District Federation of Trade Unions will continue to be a good "mother's family", actively integrate into the neighborhood center, and carry out various forms of employee group care activities to enhance the acquisition and happiness of the majority of employees.
