First, respect and do not stammer

Respect for leadership is a traditional Chinese virtue and an organizational principle. Respect means maintaining the authority of the leadership, obeying the command of the leader, and obeying the arrangement of the leader. Do not flatter and fawn in front of the leader, tend to be inflamed, and show a slave face. This makes colleagues look down on, and even cause criticism, and the honest leader does not eat this set.

Second, rely on strength and do not brag

In the workplace, you must use your own strength to complete the tasks assigned by the leader, in the process of completing a certain goal to show your comprehensive quality, do not always boast that you can do this, that's okay, humble and cautious to treat all contacts. Leaders with brains like down-to-earth people who do practical things the most.

Third, be positive and not negative

At all times, we must show a positive side in front of the leader, first of all, we must be positive in words and attitudes, and secondly, we must be consistent with words and deeds, and our actions must be more positive. As long as you do this, even if the task is not ideal, the leader will not blame you. Do not say negative things, talk about objective conditions, and lack courage to accept tasks. Negative performance causes the leader to feel uneasy about you.

Fourth, do not strive for meritorious service

Subordinate staff members are to do specific things, solve specific problems, do their own work well in their own posts, strive to make meritorious achievements, accumulate their own labor results with one work performance after another, and improve themselves in practice. The leader has his own sense of proportion, and colleagues have a scale in their hearts. Do not strive for anything advanced, let alone invite merit and reward from the leader, or even say that all achievements are your own, the leader will naturally not be happy.

Fifth, keep your mouth shut, don't do whatever you want

After the leader treats you as a trustworthy person, there will be more language exchanges, you will know the leader's life, work habits, style of dealing with people, and even personal more private matters, you must be tight-lipped, can not disclose to the outside world as you like, let alone tell others the content of the leader's individual conversation with you. The leakage of the heavenly machine is very harmful, even embarrassing. Resolutely do not say what should not be said, resolutely do not ask what should not be asked, and resolutely do not do what should not be done. Be sure to grasp the proportions, some things cannot be done, and some things cannot be done. This way your boss will trust you more, rest assured of you, and will reuse you when the opportunity arises.
