However, although there is "no constant" water wetness, ancient Chinese medicine has found a good medicine against these diseases, such as Ze diarrhea is one of the representative Chinese medicines. Why was Ze Diarrhea chosen? It may be that the ancients found that most of the traditional Chinese medicines of Ze diarrhea were aquatic or swamp-born, and there was also a realm of "out of silt and unclean".

Wet diseases will not only linger, but also change, forming new diseases, such as cold and heat, such as phlegm drinking, which will form a "collusion" with water moisture to harm health. However, the taste of Chinese medicine, coincidentally, seems to be specifically aimed at "water impermanence". Zhang Elemental, a famous physician in the Jin Yuan period, pointed out that Ze diarrhea "removes old water, nourishes new water, facilitates urination, eliminates edema, excretes and quenches thirst"; Li Shizhen, a famous medicinal scientist in the Ming Dynasty, pointed out that Ze diarrhea "seeps dampness and heat, and drinks phlegm." It is not difficult to see that Ze Epsom not only specializes in water and humidity, but also "predicts the opponent's prediction" to a certain extent, which can be called a wise Chinese medicine.

However, for the clinical practicality of Ze diarrhea, the "Materia Medica" has quite high opinions, first affirming the efficacy of Ze diarrhea, believing that "Ze diarrhea, the medicine of the waterway", and further pointed out that "this medicine is cold and downward, and it is a matter of draining the trick, so the ancient times ruled all water diseases". If you want to elaborate on the scope of clinical application, it is: "Where humid heat jaundice, edema of the limbs, cold and wet athlete's foot, sweat and itching, closed urine, leaching and white turbidity, or heart throbbing, running dolphin hernia, such as the evidence of water stop in the upper, middle and lower three jiao, and all cure." "I have to say that the role of ze diarrhea in dehumidifying and quenching thirst, drenching water, and tongli descaling can be called powerful.
When Ze diarrhea is used clinically, it is also very particular about matching, such as edema and urine caused by the treatment of wet internal stop, which can be combined with traditional Chinese medicines such as Baishu, Poria, and Pig Ling; If it is used to treat water diarrhea caused by dampness, it can be combined with traditional Chinese medicines such as magnolia, cangshu, and pigling; If it is used to treat dizziness caused by phlegm drinking and non-rise, it can be combined with white art; If it is used to treat the pain of urine dripping and astringent caused by scorching under humid heat, it can be combined with traditional Chinese medicines such as mutong and psyllium; If it is used to treat kidney yin deficiency, sperm slippage, hot flashes and night sweats caused by false fire, it can be combined with traditional Chinese medicines such as zhimu, yellow cypress, and cooked ground yellow. And for the famous prescription of Ze diarrhea, there is no more than Liuwei Dihuang Pill, Jin Kui Kidney Qi Pill, Wuling San, Stomach Ling Soup, Ze Diarrhea Soup, but it can also be seen from this that Ze Diarrhea Medicine, we may still know too little about it.
For the taste of Ze Diarrhea, there is also a special attention to the preparation, but in general, the concocted pieces of Ze Diarrhea are mainly divided into three types: Shengze Diarrhea, Shiozawa Diarrhea, and Bran Diarrhea. The effect of Shengze diarrhea is mainly based on water infiltration, mainly used for unfavorable urination, edema, diarrhea, leaching, humid heat jaundice, wet tropics, phlegm drinking and other diseases; The effect of Shiozawa diarrhea is mainly based on nourishing yin, releasing heat and diuresis, and can also lead the drug downward, mainly used for diseases such as astringent urine, drenching sperm, and severe pain in the waist; The efficacy of gluten diarrhea is mainly based on moisture seepage and spleen, turbidity reduction and clearance, mainly used for spleen moisture diarrhea, phlegm wet dizziness, spleen deficiency diarrhea, long-term diarrhea and other diseases [1]. Therefore, if Chinese medicine is used well, it is indispensable to concoct.
For the taste of traditional Chinese medicine, from the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine, it is sweet, light, cold, attributed to the kidney, bladder meridian, mainly has the effect of water infiltration, heat release, turbidity and lipid reduction. However, modern pharmacology has also studied it in depth and found more wonderful effects of zeppelin. Pharmacological studies have shown that Ze diarrhea has diuretic and inhibition of kidney stones, hypolipidemia and anti-atherosclerosis, hypoglycemia, anti-fatty liver and hepatoprotective effects, anti-inflammatory and immunomodulation, anti-cancer and other pharmacological effects [2]. Not only that, Ze diarrhea also has antiplatelet aggregation and antithrombotic, weight loss [3] and other pharmacological effects. "Shennong Materia Medica", "Famous Doctors", "Rihuazi Materia Medica" and other herbal classics recorded the tonic effect of Ze diarrhea, which made later generations of doctors doubt this, but pharmacological studies confirmed that Ze diarrhea has liver protection, kidney protection, immune regulation and other effects, although this can not directly prove the tonic effect of Ze diarrhea, but at least can be used as a research idea, in order to discover the full picture of the effect of Ze diarrhea recorded in classical medical books.
For the taste of traditional Chinese medicine, its first effect is still water infiltration, as the "Medicine Transformation" said, "dehumidification heat, drainage, dissipation, through three jiao heat storage and water stopping, this is the first good product of water reliance". However, for the taste of Ze diarrhea, it is necessary for the body to indeed have water and moisture as a disease, if there is no water moisture disease, then, do not rashly use Ze diarrhea. In general, kidney deficiency and smooth essence, no humid heat, not suitable for the use of Ze diarrhea, in addition, pregnant women should use Ze diarrhea with caution. When decocting Chinese medicine containing Ze Diarrhea, generally do not use an iron pot, try to choose a casserole, and during the period of taking Chinese medicine containing Ze Diarrhea, it is not advisable to eat seaweed, kelp, spinach, celery and other iron-rich foods.
