According to the police, in order to evade the crackdown, the wire fraud gang divides the entire smuggling chain into several nodes, first of all, it is divided into two gangs outside and at home, and the recruitment of "smuggling" personnel on the network just mentioned is the first step in the implementation of the overseas wire fraud gang.
In the second step, the smuggling gangs in the country appeared, and their job was to transport these people to the smuggling road under the remote control command of overseas organizers. They will look for so-called "safe houses" in advance to hide the smugglers, and then hire drivers to transfer the smugglers to the border area, and then a special person will be responsible for sending them to the border villages, and then, led by local villagers, take small roads and cross mountains, avoid border checkpoints, and until they are sent to a fraud gang somewhere in northern Myanmar.
In this link, members of the smuggling gang transport the smugglers in stages, batches, bypassing customs and avoiding cards, etc., and seek illegal profits from them.

The police investigation found that when these smugglers were transported to Dehong, Lincang and other places, someone would be specially responsible for sending them to the border villages, and then led by the villagers there, through the mountains, taking paths, avoiding border checkpoints, and finally these lured smugglers would be sent to a fraud gang somewhere in northern Myanmar.
