As the visual core and humanistic ecological business card of Changsha's "Shanshuizhou City", Yuelu Mountain attracts nearly 10 million tourists every year. In order to better serve tourists, the Red Cross Society of United City has set up a "Red Cross Ambulance Station" to enhance the ability of tourist attractions to deal with sudden accidents and ensure that tourists can provide timely medical security volunteer services when needed.
At the unveiling ceremony, Red Cross ambulance technicians and volunteers conducted CPR drills on the spot, and popularized emergency care knowledge and skills to citizens and tourists.
The ambulance station is located in the front of Xiangguling, which is in the core tourist area of the scenic area. It is equipped with AED, portable electrocardiograph, electronic blood pressure monitor and other equipment, and is guarded by ambulance teacher volunteers. The ambulance station not only has the functions of accidental injury handling, emergency care, ambulance training, civilized persuasion, volunteer service, health knowledge publicity, etc., but also provides free primary health care services for tourists.
