During HUAWEI CONNECT 2023, HUAWEI CLOUD released the Data Element Circulation Solution, which works with partners to provide a trusted, controllable, and verifiable data element circulation infrastructure, support the integration and sharing of data resources, develop and utilize them, and distribute transactions, and drive the release of data value based on scenarios. At the same time, a number of industry leaders shared their exploration and practical experience in the circulation of data elements.

Li Hongguang, Chairman of Shenzhen Data Exchange Co., Ltd., shared the Shenzhen Data Exchange's understanding of the responsibilities of the data trading platform and its exploration and practice in the field of data element circulation. He said that the data trading platform needs to actively explore the path of establishing large-scale data circulation, cultivate an active data ecological market, and tap and release the value of data elements.

Ma Yun, Chief Data Architect of Huawei, shared Huawei's own practice of data element circulation, releasing value through data circulation, promoting data cleaning and data aggregation to data exchange, and building "trusted, controllable, and verifiable" capabilities for data circulation through EDS, promoting data as the core competitiveness of high-quality development of enterprises, and enabling the value of data elements.

Wei Kai, Deputy Director of the Institute of Cloud Computing and Big Data of the China Academy of Information and Communications Technology, shared the core ideas in the White Paper on Data Circulation Construction Based on Public Data Authorization Operations compiled with Huawei. Through basic research and practice summary, the research results put forward five ideas and suggestions for the authorized operation of local government public data. As a city-level data infrastructure that optimizes the supply of public data, the public data authorization operation platform should provide secure, trusted, compliant and controllable data fusion and utilization methods, help cultivate the data industry ecosystem, and empower social and economic development.
