The seminar discussed the first draft of the "Selenium-rich Industrial Enterprise Operation Service Specification" led by Jiangsu Qishanting Brand Management Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Bangkang Biotechnology Co., Ltd. The specification has passed the evaluation of the United Nations Procurement Promotion Council of China in April this year and was successfully approved.
On August 15 this year, the Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, the National Standardization Management Commission, the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development and other ministries and commissions jointly issued the Standardization Action Plan for Rural Revitalization. In Article (2) of the Action Plan, in the section on optimizing the quality and safety standards of agricultural products, it is clearly stated that "focusing on increasing the supply of green and high-quality agricultural products, formulating standards for high-quality agricultural products, developing functional agricultural standards such as selenium-rich, and promoting the grading of agricultural products and the standardization of packaging labels".
