4 years of the prototype of "Disappearing Her": self-healing in constant collapse and bravely standing in the live broadcast room

author:Southern Metropolis Daily

On the evening of September 20, Wang Nuannuan (pseudonym), the prototype character of the movie "Disappearing Her", appeared in the live broadcast room as scheduled to bring goods. On this day, she livestreamed for more than 4 hours, and at 22 o'clock, more than 1,000 people still snapped up toilet paper online.

"When there is light in the heart, life will be bright." This is a profile of her social accounts, with the background image that reads, "I hope you have the courage to start all over again." She described to Nandu and N video reporters that the past four years have been a process of continuous collapse and self-healing.

In 2019, pregnant her, she was pushed off a 34-meter-high cliff in Thailand by her husband Yu Moudong and miraculously escaped death. During the physical reorganization, she went through three torturous trials before finally waiting for the news that Yu had been sentenced to 33 years and 4 months in prison. Recently, she announced that she was ready to formally file a lawsuit with the court to divorce Yu Moudong, asking the other party to leave the house, "I can't even give him 250 yuan."

On September 2, Ms. Wang announced her divorce on social platforms.

Reboot your life

Looking back on the past four years, Wang Nuannuan described this as a process of "continuous collapse and continuous self-healing".

In June this year, she moved to Hangzhou and started a new life focusing on self-media work. "Changing places to live and work again is a great challenge for middle-aged women."

Wang Nuannuan told the Nandu reporter that her daily life now is work, study, and litigation. Work 10 hours a day, sometimes the live stream will be a little longer. Rehabilitation training has also been suspended due to work, and will gradually resume later.

18 days ago, she announced on social platforms that after a long period of preparation, she had signed a petition and was ready to formally file a lawsuit with the court for divorce from Yu Moudong. "If this marriage is not divorced, I will give half of my property to the murderer who 'killed' me, including every penny I earn in the future."

She entrusted the materials required for the prosecution to the legal team to prepare, "For divorce proceedings, I only have two requirements. The first is divorce, and the second is that the other party leaves the household. ”

Why Did Divorce Proceedings Take So Long? Wang Nuannuan explained to the Nandu reporter, "The divorce lawsuit requires a lot of materials, including the verdict of the Supreme Court of Thailand, the notarization result of the international notary public body, the translation result of the translation agency and the authentication result of the embassies of the two countries. At present, the Thai court's judgment has been released, and the remaining three materials are still being followed-up.

Since Yu Moudong is currently in a Thai prison, it also makes the divorce more difficult.

Wang Nuannuan said that she has been actively preparing for divorce lawsuits, and hired the best team of lawyers in order to win this lawsuit.

On August 2, 2019, Yu Moudong sued Wang Nuannuan to the Qinhuai District People's Court of Nanjing, asking the court to order the parties to divorce and divide the property during the marriage period by 11 million yuan according to law.

"At that time, he first came to me privately and asked for 30 million yuan for his divorce. When I refused to give it to him, he sued me. ”

She recalled that the materials submitted by Yu at that time may not be sufficient, and she did not agree to the request to divide the property. "Now I can't even give him 250 yuan."

Wang Nuannuan's lawyer Liu Jinmu told Nandu reporters that in the early stage, he was mainly waiting for the final trial result of Thailand's criminal case, because Thailand is a third-instance final trial system, and the final judgment was obtained in June this year, and other work is still being prepared. "This case is a foreign-related case, and many procedures and evidence materials need to be collected and notarized and authenticated extraterritorially."

Liu Jinmu analyzed that this case belongs to the situation where a party is serving a sentence abroad, involving the extraterritorial service of the court, the trial and the parties' appearance.

The Civil Procedure Law stipulates that if there is an agent ad litem in a divorce case, he or she shall still appear in court unless he or she cannot express his or her intentions; Where it is truly impossible to appear in court due to special circumstances, a written opinion must be submitted to the people's court. "Whether our case ultimately takes this form depends on the final decision of the court."

Recently, Liu Jinmu revealed to the Nandu reporter that the case was filed smoothly and the court handled it normally. Ms. Wang is anxious about winning the case, but she said, "I believe the law is fair."

Out of the haze

Looking back on her experience 4 years ago, Wang Nuannuan confessed that love brought her out of the haze.

"In this process, too many people are involved and helping me, I can only strengthen myself and then help more people."

When she once traveled around the world alone, seeing the vastness of the world, she had the idea of finding a companion and dependency, and later met Yu Moudong.

"There is nothing to regret, even if you do many things again, with your mind and experience at that time, you will make the same choice."

The background picture of her social account reads: I hope you can experience emotions that you have never experienced, I hope you can meet some people who think differently, and I hope you are proud of your life. If you find yourself not doing it yet, I hope you have the courage to start all over again.

Wang Nuannuan does not lack the courage to restart her life, but what makes her feel helpless is that the cliff fall 4 years ago caused her body to wear down. "Now I can't travel, my legs don't support it." Today, her physical condition can only maintain a simple life, "I can't walk too much, and my left leg has not recovered well".

Some netizens once asked her, "After being hurt, will you still like others?" She replied that at the beginning she did have resistance and fear of marriage and love, but during her illness and bedridden, many people left messages encouraging her to persevere, "netizens gave me strength and opened my closed heart."

She smiled and said that she is not small, and her heart still longs for someone to talk to after returning home from work. In the past few years, she has tried to register on blind date websites, but without exception she has been rejected.

A number of blind date websites said that although she was excellent in all aspects, she could not provide services because she did not have a divorce certificate.

"At the moment, legally, I am still his wife. I'm trying to get out of that identity and get myself out of his shadow. "Divorce still needs to go through the process step by step.

On June 2 this year, good news came from Thailand.

The verdict of the third instance of the case was announced, and Yu was convicted of attempted murder with intent and sentenced to 33 years and 4 months in prison. She expressed satisfaction with the verdict, "After 4 years of twists and turns, this case has finally settled and given me a fair answer." ”

At the time, she said that the criminal part of the case was over, and a series of notarizations were carried out immediately after receiving the verdict to prepare for the divorce proceedings. "I hope this thing ends soon, so that a new life can be started."

With the popularity of the movie "Disappearing Her", Wang Nuannuan, as the prototype of the story, has once again attracted attention from the outside world.

She struggled for a long time before deciding to go to the cinema, remembering the despair of lying at the bottom of the cliff. "Girls must learn to protect themselves, and they must polish their eyes when looking for a partner, and grow more eyes in everything."

Crime scene.

Now, Wang Nuannuan's view of love and marriage is "everything follows the fate", and there are three requirements for the other half, "responsibility, kindness, and three positive views".

Three judgments

June 9, 2019 is the dividing line of Wang Nuannuan's life.

Pregnant with her husband Yu Moudong, she was pushed off a 34-meter-high cliff by her husband while playing in Ubon Ratchathani Padden National Park in Thailand. During the fall, she was stopped by a large tree next to the cliff, and was later found by tourists on the path and sent to the hospital.

After being hospitalized, Wang Nuannuan disclosed to the local police that her husband Yu Moudong had tried to murder her.

Eight days later, Yu was taken under the control of the Thai police. In July of the same year, the case was heard for the first time in the Ubon Ratchathani court in Thailand.

On March 24, 2020, the court of Ubon Ratchathani Province in Thailand pronounced a first-instance verdict, convicting defendant Yu Moudong of intentional murder and sentenced him to life imprisonment. Yu filed an appeal and applied for an extension of appeal.

For the result of the first-instance judgment, Wang Nuannuan expressed satisfaction. "Because Thailand has not sentenced the death penalty for more than a decade in its history, I don't expect the court to sentence the other party to death."

"At that time, he immediately jumped out and shouted 'wrong', completely unrepentant, and I couldn't stop the tears in my eyes, angry at his continued appeal. He ruined my life with his own hands and sent away my unborn child! ”

According to the doctor's diagnosis, after falling off the cliff, she had 16 main bone fractures in her body and could not walk normally. Due to the severity of the injury, the fetus was also induced into labor.

Wang Nuannuan is under treatment.

She told the Nandu reporter that if the transnational case does not take the initiative to provide relevant evidence, it is difficult for the Thai police to investigate, "I want to prove that I have a career and legal income, and Yu Moudong is a gambler in debt." ”

Even though the doctor did not advise her to travel between the two places, she insisted on dragging the sick body and her parents to the local court to hear the first-instance verdict. "Although I am still in the treatment period, there is nothing more important in my life than this judgment."

In May 2020, after receiving the first-instance verdict, Ms. Wang and her parents returned to their hometown of Jiangsu from Thailand to continue their rehabilitation training. She described to the Nandu reporter, "Sometimes it really hurts so much that I feel like I can't live for a second." ”

After a year, in May 2021, the case was pronounced in the second instance in Thailand, and the defendant's sentence was commuted from life imprisonment in the first instance to ten years in prison.

After learning the results of the second trial, Wang Nuannuan's whole family could not accept it. His lawyer told the Nandu reporter that the second-instance judge believed that because the party survived, it was an attempted homicide; The defendant committed homicide, but not intentional homicide, and the sentence was commuted.

He believes that the court of second instance was not meticulous enough in ascertaining the facts and did not analyze and demonstrate the detailed evidence. Wang then decided to appeal to the Supreme Court of Thailand.

On June 3 this year, the Nandu reporter learned from Datuo Law Firm that the case was tried by the Thai Supreme Court, and the third instance sentenced the defendant Yu Moudong to 33 years and 4 months in prison.

Falling off a cliff

Ten months after the case, on March 25, 2020, Wang Nuannuan was interviewed by a reporter from Nandu, describing her psychological journey of falling off a cliff and rehabilitation.

Wang Nuan fell off the cliff.

"I can't forget it, sometimes I think too much during the day and have nightmares at night."

She and Yu Moudong married on July 15, 2017, and she had always thought that the two had only met by chance at a party of friends in Bangkok, and later learned that Yu Moudong owed gambling debts in China and had already inquired about her.

"After getting married, he started telling me that he had some debts for me to pay him back. The last time was before he became pregnant, he had a debt of several millions, I said I can help you pay off half of it, and you have to pay off the rest through your own labor. Wang Nuannuan recalled, "Later, he told me in the ICU that I was unwilling to help him bear all the debts because of the final debt. He felt cornered, so he chose to kill me. ”

She said that in the ten months since the incident, Yu Moudong and his family have only communicated with her once and have never come forward to express any apology.

"After Yu was arrested at noon on June 16 last year (2019), his mother came to the hospital that night to find me, did not ask me about my injuries, and directly asked me not to sue his son again, but I refused. Later, his mother called and texted and abused me and my family. ”

Wang Nuannuan told the Nandu reporter that her body had 16 main bone fractures, some of which were broken in situ, and some were too heavy to be broken into slag to connect, and a lot of steel nails and steel plates were installed. Because the main bone is broken and the joints are seriously damaged, it is impossible to walk normally, so you cannot leave people around.

"One day my mother helped me count, and I had more than 200 stitches on my wounds, and these later stitches had to be removed." An authoritative orthopedic expert in Jiangsu once said during the consultation that she was too seriously injured, and she had rarely seen injuries like this, and could only look at it while treating, and could not make estimates.

During the first trial of the case, she deliberately returned to the scene of the cliff. "It was a cliff, and there was a tree growing out of the cliff where I fell, and I hit the tree when I fell from 34 meters, and after the tree broke, I fell another 10 meters, so I survived. If I deviate a little more, I will surely die. ”

After escaping death, the pain has just begun. She suffered tremendously, both physically and mentally. "But I thought, since Providence has kept me alive, I have to live well."

In September this year, she said in a return interview with Nandu reporters, "In the future, I will focus on my own development and recovery, hoping that my body will be healthy, my family will be safe, and my career can start again." ”

"I wish I could help more people. At present, I pay more attention to people with disabilities because I know this very well. I hope that the media can supervise, and I will supervise myself, and I can make some efforts in caring for people with disabilities in the future. ”

She replaced her WeChat avatar with 16 consecutive shots when she was 20 years old and went to Sanya, Hainan for the first time. When asked "whether it means that you miss yourself the most in that period", Wang Nuannuan replied, "Every period is good, there is no best".
