At present, Putuo District has completed the operation and service of 14 community baby houses in 8 towns including Caoyang, Changshou and Ganquan, and plans to complete the full coverage of 10 neighborhoods and towns in the district by the end of this year.

The relevant departments of the Municipal Education Commission have improved the information channel of "random check" in childcare, used information tools to empower childcare services, built a bridge for accurate docking of parents' needs and resource supply, and officially launched the "childcare service random check" application platform. So far, the number of clicks has exceeded 100,000.
Respond to the childcare needs of enterprises
This year, COMAC opened its third in-house nursery park, Big Aircraft Mengqi Nursery Park, as an inclusive non-profit childcare institution that responds to the needs of employees in a timely manner. The kindergarten has opened up an outdoor activity venue, with an open and warm space, providing employees with inclusive convenience with children, and creating a nursery with affordable prices, quality assurance, and peace of mind for employees. COMAC has put into operation 4 in-house nurseries, and nearly 350 employees' children have entered the kindergarten to provide rich, diversified and professional infant care services for more children and families in need through childcare and parenting integration. The nursery is equipped with practitioners who hold nursery teacher qualification certificates above level 4 and preschool teacher qualification certificates, etc., and all caregivers participate in on-the-job training organized by Shanghai Open University every year, and their professional quality is continuously improved.
Since 2018, Shanghai Open University has launched the "0-3 years old nursery service practitioner training", which has trained more than 22,800 practitioners and compiled and published 5 professional ethics training textbooks for childcare practitioners, filling the gap in domestic textbooks in related fields.
