  This year's competition has a total of 109 competition projects, from the perspective of project categories, the competition settings are closely related to the reality of production and life, and the scope of coverage has been further expanded. Nowadays, with the development of intelligent manufacturing, the role of industrial robot operators is becoming more and more prominent. The reporter learned in the interview that the industrial robot system operation project is based on the 2020 edition of the national occupational skill standard of "Industrial Robot System Operator", and focuses on the comprehensive application capabilities of the player's instrument use, industrial robot system installation, system operation and setting, planning and adjustment for industrial robot system operators and related professionals.

  "This competition is to display and judge the relevant skills of industrial robot system operation projects, and the contestants need to master the necessary theoretical knowledge for operation, and have the corresponding knowledge level, including national occupational skill standards for industrial robot system operators, industry specifications, mechanical knowledge, electrical knowledge, industrial robot knowledge, safety production and environmental protection knowledge. This program does not involve theoretical examinations, only practical competitions, which are 300 minutes long and use an objectified scoring method. Wang Yansheng told reporters that the skill requirements for the contestants mainly include: completing the installation and adjustment of industrial robot mechanical and electrical systems, using industrial robot virtual debugging software to complete robot programming and optimization implementation, programming and debugging of industrial robot systems and workstations, and system planning and adjustment.

  The industrial robot system operation competition is a staff competition, and two teachers from Tianjin Mechanical and Electrical Vocational and Technical College represented Tianjin in the competition. "As a vocational college in Tianjin, we have a long history in the field of equipment manufacturing, especially in mechanical and electrical aspects. The industrial robot profession also has advantages. The college will take this competition as an opportunity to continue to promote teaching through competition and improve education and teaching reform.
