Floods in Libya have killed more than 11,000 people

Hurricane Daniel made landfall on the Mediterranean coast of eastern Libya on the 10th of this month and caused flooding, causing a large number of casualties in Derna, Beida, Shehat and other places. The Libyan Red Crescent said on September 14 that the cyclone and its resulting flooding had killed more than 11,000 people and left more than 10,000 missing in the city of Derna.
